Our family, including adults, a four year old, a 5 month old and a dog, arrived on a busy Friday night. We were shown to a beautiful table that provided privacy as well as an awesome view. No waiting. Our server, Shaddy, arrived right away. Again, no waiting. And Shaddy is an amazing server. He truly understands the hospitality business and The Marriott is lucky to have him. Had a table booked for 13 for my birthday here to try something new. When I called before hand the person on the phone stated they could split the check between people and my waiter told us I was informed wrong, they could split it evenly but not by groups of orders so it kind of made it difficult and they weren’t very accommodating in finding a solution for that. I was at the convention center and needed lunch, that was reasonably priced. I sat at the bar and ordered a Turkey BLTA. Sliced turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado with garlic aioli. It was served with their homemade potato chips. Tasted great and very filling. I ended up eating one half and taking the other half and some chips to go. I polished that off a couple of hours later.
