This place is seriously so cheap and good. The pho flavor is like every other solid pho joint but it's just way cheaper. I ordered a rice dish too with egg rolls and grilled beef and it was delicious. Service was quick and they were nice

I'm in Vietnam and just went to the US to work and visited San Diego to visit. Accidentally heard the introduction of the restaurant. Tried it and found it had a good taste of Hue beef noodle soup (a little more spicy for a similar taste). There are all older aunts and uncles here, so the service will not be like modern, Western restaurants. But I like this style ?
