“Visiting from LA. Food was great, staff was friendly but seemed shocked when i said i wanted 12 footlongs like i was joking, once my friends came in they knew i wasnt.

“I’ve been coming here for the past few weeks and the customer service has been nothing short of exceptional.

All staff are extremely nice and respectful individuals, always greet you coming in, open to conversation, and having a great attitude.

Food as advertised is fresh and tastes amazing.

The place is always maintained and clean.

“Located in the Rosecrans Plaza by Chuck E Cheese. Customer service could be better, specially when they're preparing your food, but my sandwich was made perfectly and was very satisfying with that typical SubWay taste. Ingredients were fresh. Overall, I had an okay experience at this location.“

“This location is convenient for anyone working or living within a four mile radius. There is a full shopping mall here with several eateries and a grocery store. The lot is huge, so plenty of parking, even during holiday season.

This Subway has a couple of women who work the day shift like pros. They make a sandwich like it’s nobody’s business and not once have they ever messed it up. I have busted this store more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, so it’s about time I gave them their props! Way to go girls. I sure hope your manager appreciates you as much as all us customers do!“

“Had a Turkey sandwich on Italian Herb and cheese. This was after volunteering for ComicCon. We were exhausted. The server was a young lady who assisted me and my son. She was on her own, was very efficient, nice helping us and other customers who came in all at once. Made us feel welcomed. So we dined in.“

Then while standing there she said it's only me and I gave another order I am working on which is 3 subs in one order but going to multi task. “I recently visited this Subway Location for the first time after noticing that my local Subway store was not participating in the online offers. I have to say that this location is great! My online order was ready when I walked in and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I decided to surprise my co-worker and get her a sub while I was there. The staff member Marzy was super friendly and paid close attention to all the details. The ingredients were all fresh and the restaurant was clean considering it was their lunch rush. Overall a good experience and will be visiting this location going forward.

Sometimes your on your way to town when suddenly alarms start to blare in your lower guts. "Uh oh!", you cry. But rest assured, the toilet here is in working order and usually stocked with toilet paper, hand washing station and soap. Although the toilet seat is a bit small, it nevertheless ends up being a lifesaver.“

When we walked in there were about 4 people in front of us and she was the only person who was making sandwiches. After we arrived. I would say close to 15 more guest came in behind us throughout our visit. “I personally have had a nice experience the two times I’ve been here. Each time the sandwiches were made as ordered. Maybe not the way I would want it to be (Even with ingredients so each bite is similar to the next.), but at least they don’t miss ingredients like many other fast food places - And there are a bunch of ingredients that I ask for. Reason it’s not 5 stars is because the service isn’t great. Only the first time was I greeted.
