I recently visited this Subway restaurant and had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a fast-food place. From the moment I walked in, the staff Angie and Liza greeted me with a warm smile and friendly attitude. They were patient, attentive, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, even when I was being a bit indecisive with my toppings.

What really stood out was how clean and organized everything was. The team worked efficiently while still taking the time to ask how my day was going. It wasn’t just about making a sandwich – they genuinely cared about the customer experience.

The sandwich was fresh, made just the way I like it, and served with professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to see that level of enthusiasm and care in a fast-paced environment.

“I had an awesome experience at this Subway location! The team Samira, Sanam, Jimmy, Aragon, and Matt were all incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. They made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, and the ingredients were super fresh. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff here take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend this location!“

“Ivan, the only employee at the store while I was there, was great. Friendly, greeted everyone that came in, and apologized for the subtle wait a few people had. Online orders were flying in, but he prioritized people who had been waiting a long time in person. It’s rare that happens these days. He checked in on if my sandwich was good while I was grabbing a refill. Things like that are important to any good experience!“

“I go to this place after going to the gym nearby to either get a breakfast sandwich or a or a sandwich that can last me two meals breakfast and lunch lunch and dinner etc etc. Service is great the employees know you real well if you come regularly and always happy to see and make a sandwich custom to your taste. They've got a wide selection of basic sandwiches again that you can customize to your taste.“

“Had a meatball marinara subway this afternoon with my good Friend Jay and they were delicious .

Parking: It's a plaza with other businesses so there is plenty of parking for handicapped and other regular spots and all are free.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are several spaces available.“

“I stopped in for a quick lunch to go and ordered the Ultimate Italian BMT special of the day on Parmesan Oregano bread, with chips and a drink for $10.99. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and everything was made just the way I asked.

But what really stood out was Angelina’s customer service.

She was incredibly polite, welcoming, attentive, sweet, and professional from the moment I walked in. She made what could have been an ordinary stop feel genuinely pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone who carries that level of care and positive energy in a fast-paced environment.

Angelina is the reason for this 5-star review—she went above and beyond and absolutely deserves a raise. Subway is lucky to have her, and I’d return to this location just because of the experience she created.“

“I recently visited this Subway Location for the first time after noticing that my local Subway store was not participating in the online offers. I have to say that this location is great! My online order was ready when I walked in and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I decided to surprise my co-worker and get her a sub while I was there. The staff member Marzy was super friendly and paid close attention to all the details. The ingredients were all fresh and the restaurant was clean considering it was their lunch rush. Overall a good experience and will be visiting this location going forward.

“This location is convenient for anyone working or living within a four mile radius. There is a full shopping mall here with several eateries and a grocery store. The lot is huge, so plenty of parking, even during holiday season.

This Subway has a couple of women who work the day shift like pros. They make a sandwich like it’s nobody’s business and not once have they ever messed it up. I have busted this store more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, so it’s about time I gave them their props! Way to go girls. I sure hope your manager appreciates you as much as all us customers do!“

“I got to meet Jamie today and he's a bundle of joy. My sandwich was a 10/10, my service was a 12/10. Id come back just to see him do his thing professionally, cause from the looks of it. It works for him and it works for me as long as there is mutual respect and he was a doll.“

“I've gone to this location for a few times now over the last few months because I got a job near the border and this is on my way. The food is great but so is the service, which is very rare when it comes to Subway stores. Sometimes I go in the morning and there are two people who are both really nice, always welcoming and always smiling which eases you especially for someone who is new to the area like me. One of them suggested I get the BMT and it was delicious. Plus, the vegetables look great and also taste good. This store makes you feel not guilty for not eating at home. Keep up the good work!“

They have some of the hardest working staff there. I hope they get paid well.
The bad: the don't sell just a cup of ice. Even on days when it's 93° outside.

“I wanted to give a shout out to Naomi. We visited on 8/12/25 between hours of 330pm and 430pm. When we walked in there were about 4 people in front of us and she was the only person who was making sandwiches. After we arrived. I would say close to 15 more guest came in behind us throughout our visit. “Jessie did a great job today. I came in and already there were 3 people ahead of me. Then while standing there she said it's only me and I gave another order I am working on which is 3 subs in one order but going to multi task. Sometimes your on your way to town when suddenly alarms start to blare in your lower guts. "Uh oh!", you cry. But rest assured, the toilet here is in working order and usually stocked with toilet paper, hand washing station and soap. Although the toilet seat is a bit small, it nevertheless ends up being a lifesaver.“

I was amazed that my "Build Your Own" sandwich had an egg, pepperoni, and Rotisserie chicken more powerful than sauces and veggies. The service is very nice and considerate allowing me to relax and/or study online to get help from Mesa College nearby.As for the atmosphere, it has a moderately good space that might look cramped and limited for those of us who wish to eat out healthier than usual. Make your choice all the best to choose the "Build Your Own" sandwich, although I recommend my own creation to anyone. Egg, beef, ham pepperoni, and Rotisserie chicken taste delicious with sauces and vegetables.“

Maybe not the way I would want it to be (Even with ingredients so each bite is similar to the next.), but at least they don’t miss ingredients like many other fast food places - And there are a bunch of ingredients that I ask for.
