Play date here and they were very aware of their gluten free options. My Celiac is beyond sensitive where as my daughters is not as bad. It was nice to have them be aware of things. I got a salad, she had a GF cupcake with her friend. Parking was ok, lots of seating indoor and outdoor, pretty space.“

“Everything here tastes wonderful. Whatever you order, you'll have a hard time finding a place that does that better. I live in OC but whenever I have business in the area, I make sure to pick up a drink and 1 or 2 pounds of coffee beans.
Also, I don't know if this is new or I was just not aware but they do teas too! Not really my thing but I had an iced mint tea the other day that was amazing 🤩

But I have to mention the highlight: their handmade Bosnian börek. Oh my goodness… it’s incredible! Flaky, fresh, and full of flavor. It honestly tastes like something you’d get in a Bosnian home. I find myself craving it all the time, especially with a hot latte.

“I have been going to Porto's since the 1980's..the one in Glendale. How elated I was with having them being in Northridge where I live. The food is terrific and the lines go fast due to a tremendous quick system they have. The catering for parties has never let us down and people you have invited that never have experienced Portos are thrilled. The cakes are delicious. What I do miss is not having the individual cake slices for purchase so you can experience the taste. They only have the neapolitan, Parisian, and carrot for slices. I've seen the menu change over time and do miss some of the items.“

“I have been looking for quinoa all over LA. This place serves it and it is very good. The mix has just the right amount of dried sweet cranberries and a few chickpeas. It was perfect. I had a salad with tuna avocado and egg salad. I was able to sub the egg salad for tuna which was very nice of them. They gave me a fork full of a mayonnaise free tuna they had prepared on the way out which again was a great experience. This is the kind of place that you feel cares and you'd want to keep going back to. A+++“

“Great place, always warm and friendly staff, however, I found it amusing, borderline insulating to be told this was an English muffin I ordered with my breakfast, when it was clearly a toasted hamburger bun. The girls quickly resolved the issue and replaced my hamburger bun with another bread. Please, next time be up front if you are out of items while being ordered instead of replacing it with something completely different hoping the customer doesn’t notice. I will definitely be back as a customer , just had to share this little mishap. With the price of breakfast these days, i expect GREAT Service and my food to be EXACTLY what I order.“
