“Delicious tamales y champurrado. Sometimes they have champurrado de guallaba or chocolate. I prefer their champurrado de guayaba.They make delicious beef, pork, cheese, elote and pinaple tamales. Menudo only on the weekends. You'll find Mexican candy and raspados too. You need to call early to place your order. Bring cash. Parking is hard to find on the weekend. Is a hole on wall that will pleasantly surprise you if you enjoy Mexican products.“

“We love El Faro Tacos! They make the best al pastor tacos in the valley. I know because I order at least one at every taco spot I visit. Their asada is good too, but their seafood seems like an afterthought. Tacos, quesadillas, and tortas are the way to go here. Their green sauce is on point and the toppings are always fresh. Their drinks seem a little pricey, though. They're always busy, so you know nothing is sitting around getting old.“

“OMG my husband Ron and I just had burritos from Bros. Tacos and it was amazing. Ron had a California burrito and I had thier shrimp burritos. The flavors are amazing everything is fresh and tastes great. We also got horchata which was the best I've had in a long time. These people have been here for decades and (TMK) they were the 1st, to have SUPER NACHOS! They also have good carrot and orange juice freshly juiced, make sure u ask for ice in your drink. “New spot for our lunch! Micheladas were very tasty, tangy and thick tajin rim sealed it for me. I got a salad bowl and asked for lengua as protein, it was such a generous portion that I had to take half of it home. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, their birria nachos could be split between 2-3 people, very flavorful and lots of meat.

“They told me the only thing Vegana was their vegan tamales, in red or green. Both were wonderful. The rice and two sauces were not vegan but red and green salsa was. They double checked. The beans were vegan, excellent. Happy friendly loving staff.“

The chips and low carb tortillas here taste great and best of all are made with good ingredients. I ordered their known tortilla chips made with avocado oil and cant wait to try other things on their menu. The man in charge Anthony was very professional and polite as he called to inform me that some of the items can be out of stock and assisted me through the ordering process. “This is one of the best pollo locos!... Don't know why, but the food always tastes better here.... I only eat the avocado chicken burrito .. maybe it is just about proportions, the ingredients are the same but the overall taste is always better here than in the one by my house in Moorpark.... My only complaint goes for all pollo locos... buy some better quality aluminum foil... after unwrapping the burritos, the flour tortilla always has a metallic taste..... this feels very wrong to me....aluninum should not be an ingredient in Mexican food.....or any food for that matter....“
