“Love, love, love! This place has the cutest vibe and great stuff! The charcuterie boards are so good! I’ve tried the cold brew as well very good! This time we decided to get rosé. They have a great wine selection and their staff are so sweet! Would definitely recommend!!!“

“The valley's hidden Gem!! I heard about this place from my hair dresser months ago and have been meaning to check it out. I went there last night for my birthday with a few friends and it was worth the wait.
Such a quaint classic place with amazing wine from Napa, and the cheeses were out of this world-delish! Make sure you order the warm baguette, its a perfect compliment to the cheeses. I’ll tell ya, the wine and food was pretty amazing, but if you don’t have the right staff, then a place could fall short. The 2 guys that run it made the experience top notch! And the ghost playing the piano against the wall was an added bonus! :-)

Jeff, the bartender/server/sommelier with a past in the entertainment industry was fun, informative, and accommodating-and running the entire front establishment on his own.Outstanding customer service and never made anyone feel ignored. Hats off to Jeff! Definitely listen to his suggestions-he knows wines and cheeses. Then you have Nick, the soft spoken, former drama teacher now turned chef who delivers the entrees in the most respectful manner. Come to find, this guy was the lead role in Les Miserable with a voice that would put Hugh Jackman to shame! We got to hear/see a clip of his performance. I guess if you stay till closing, you get to know the employees.
Both men were exceptional in service and knowledge, and the food and wine were perfection! Cant wait to go back“

“I just want to say how much I love coming to Dargenzio Winery. The owner and his staff are always very welcoming. The food is excellent. I love the ravioli and pizza. Filippo, the owner knows his Italian wines very well and does an excellent job with the pairing of the wines with the food, so definitely ask for him and ask him to do that for you.Dargenzio Winery also has a good amount of outdoor space, which is a plus in these times. “This restaurant is phenomenal! First of all the food is dreamy, I particularly LOVE the shrimp pasta. The cocktails are also just insane i love the fresh fruit in them sooo yummy! We have come multiple times and every time is great. Staff is always so friendly. Came on Fathers Day w/ the hubby & sat at the bar. Our bartender Lexi was killin it. After a crazy night of delivery service fails, dropped drivers, unreachable Chow Now representatives, more delays, and remade orders, Kevan drove our order over themselves. It was a late Valentine dinner, not what we expected at all, but Pizzana made good on their end of the delivery and the food was great. The people at the restaurant were kind and gracious at every turn. Thank you Pizzana for being the best.“

“The place is great. Myself and my wife came there for a pizza (truffle) the place was still not full and due to some difficulties in the kitchen. We had to wait very long time for the pizza and started to get really hungry angry.. my wife went to check on the order but still did not help. Not a good start! But then.. the pizza arrive, the stuff apologized and the pizza.. oh my good, was so good. One of the best we had for a while.. so we could forgive and the problems they had.. I really enjoyed the pizza so , even though there are so many places to eat in downtown Ventura, we found ourself in the next time back for another one.. the stuff was surprised to see us and giving them second chance and promised us the it will not happen. Again, and it was true, we ordered a great salad that arrived in minutes and few minutes after , the pizza was ready and again wonderful. I want to mention the girl Anna that was taking our orders and help in the kitchen. She was very kind polite and helpful, and new how to take responsibility when issues happened (I appreciated that) and was totally on her game the second night , and made sure everything will be great for us. ! We will be glad to come again“

“We went to grab some subs and wings and the lead waitress treated us like punished kindeegarteners, we decided to sit at the bar and she had so much to complain about how the ordering should be done , we were so hungry and she was not hospitable at all. So we decided to order 2 mix drinks they were 15$ each , I think the drinks were over priced. I have never paid 30$ for 2 mixed drinks plus a tip was like 37$. They have no happy hour. She was the most annoying person in the whole room with her comments towards her pals customers.“
