Their Bun Bo Hue is DELICIOUS! Their broth is really flavorful and has a kick to it. What I really loved about the BBH is their round noodles - it has a nice chewy bite to it and it goes really well with the broth. Meat was cooked perfectly and the side veggies were fresh and crisp. Bun Rieu - my favorite part was the fried tofu on top, my mom really liked it too. one of the best bun rieu we've ever had. Pre-covid, I used to have to go all the way to the Richmond for some good Bun Rieu or Tin. But Tin would always have a waiting line and they didn't really do take out before? Anyways, I was pretty excited to find a pop-up (ish) that was close to my place. We ordered it online and picked up half an hour later. There isn't much parking near the restaurant so definitely come with someone. We got both the Bun Rieu, the Bun Bo Hue, and the rolls. It was pretty good! My personal preference...read full review

So this is my 3rd time ordering from here for Togo and It is now my go to bbh and nem roll spot. I ordered the sunset combo online at 5:30 and picked up at 6 pm , parking was a breeze at there downtown location . It took me 20 minutes to get home so my bbh was loosing the heat. When I got home I boiled the soup with the pork foot and beef shank and got my soup piping hot , sometimes I blanch the veggies In hot water just so that my soup remains hot through out .
