“We stopped here on a recent trip to San Jose. We always love to hit up local small businesses whenever we can. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Food was hot and cooked to order. Everyone was happy. The impromptu churros were the best part. We only saw outdoor seating which was a little on the chilly side in November, but it worked for us.“

“We are visiting San Jose for Christmas to see our 97 year old dad, who moves very slowly with a walker and has a hard time getting around. As we were making our way to the front door, Keesha noticed us outside the order pick up door and came running out to guide us into the building and to our table. We were then lucky enough to have her as our server for our meal. It’s hard to find the words for how much we appreciate you Keesha. This is the type of kindness that will change the world. I wish they had natural cheese options besides Swiss, because the only other one was American cheese. My burger wasn't sealed asteroid or flying saucer style correctly so it started spilling on the side and got messy quickly. Free ranch sauce was awesome, I tried the spicy one, delicious. I really appreciated the October discount of 15%, I would return more often if some of my suggestions were taken into account. This was my first time. I'll come back again to try the other sealed flying saucer style burger options. 👍“

They cook and char these meat patties so well, and they have to be using prime meat because you can taste the difference. The truffle fries were delicious and the service was great. “The best thing about this place is that they’re open 24 hours! I would definitely recommend it, especially when everything else is closed. The pricing is reasonable, and the service was excellent. Pamela helped our table and was great from the start. She was very patient with us and offered helpful recommendations. She checked on us frequently and went the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She truly deserves a raise for providing such exceptional service.

The food was delicious and came out fairly quickly. The parking lot, however, is a bit tricky. The entrance is narrow and easy to miss, and you may end up passing it and seeing an exit that you unfortunately cannot enter.

One concern I noticed was that the ice cream tub and whipped cream were completely exposed. Customers walk by with easy access, and there were no lids or coverings. This is extremely unhygienic, as someone could cough, sneeze, or touch it, not to mention flies, which do not appear to be prevented from making direct contact.

The ambiance is okay, nothing particularly special, but they did a great job decorating for Christmas.

“I walked in at 9:50 p.m. and they close at 10:00 and I've worked enough service jobs so I felt bad for the employees and apologized that I was showing up so late but they were extremely kind and friendly and said they were more than happy to make my food.

Monceis was the manager from what I could tell and he is extremely personable and friendly. There was a guy named Chris on the grill and the entire crew was working hard but they were friendly.

The food was great as expected but the service was even better! I got the double bacon cheeseburger with extra mushrooms and fried onions and it was fabulous.

Parking: It can get packed during business hours but there's still plenty of parking!

From the bathroom to the eating area to the food orep, and cooking area everything was clean. The staff greeted all customers upon arrival and said “thank you” as each guest left. The staff also delivered the food across the counter with a little personal touch, ensuring that each customer has the correct order and all necessities (napkins, ketchup, etc.) these guys really care!“
