“I came around to buy a bed in the area and I found this restaurant at the corner of valley fair. Its honestly a hidden gem. If you know diner food, you can get it here. If you know Burger food you can get it here, sandwiches you can get them here as well as shakes an all day breakfast! The food with seasoned well! And things that are salty like pastrami, they tasted great and they did a good job at making my sandwich what melted cheese and mustard. I also upgraded my fries to fried mushrooms! If you have a dog like me you can buy a burger patty and it's about $8 at the time of writing this. But it's a big thick patty.

So dogs are welcome inside and outside! At least the time of me going.“

“We are visiting San Jose for Christmas to see our 97 year old dad, who moves very slowly with a walker and has a hard time getting around. As we were making our way to the front door, Keesha noticed us outside the order pick up door and came running out to guide us into the building and to our table. We were then lucky enough to have her as our server for our meal. It’s hard to find the words for how much we appreciate you Keesha. This is the type of kindness that will change the world. Thank you, thank you thank you and please give her a raise.“

“The place have great decor but it seems like they spent most of their money on decor and marketing. The packaging was very modern and pretty, however, I cannot say the same to the items inside those packaging.
Subpar burgers are too expensive to the point it feels like a novelty. The burger was a little bit too greasy and the bacons' texture tasted more like jerky. Consistently feels off. For example, in the google review and menu pictures the burger seems very appetizing. However, I am not sure if its my luck or something but my burger (A51 for $12) is not giving asteroid but its more of a hat with a brim (check my overhead picture attached to this review).
Their slushies are fantastic though. Fs will return just for the slushies ($4.50)

I moved it up from 3 to 4 after a grubhub order. I got 12 wings and a sushi for around 20 bucks with 4 dollars off deal and the food was pretty good although a bit generic. You can prob find other similar options out there however for the price, its not too bad. I'll prob order again for the slushies and wings but prob not the burger :/“

“You know I rarely give 5 stars, but the Shake Shack burgers are on a whole other level. They cook and char these meat patties so well, and they have to be using prime meat because you can taste the difference. The truffle fries were delicious and the service was great. “My first time, 1-24-26, was exciting. We were there for a birthday dinner and the food exceeded my expectations. Everything was delicious and it was the first time I tried brussel sprouts and I loved it. Our waitress was great, and the atmosphere made me want to come back one day. I had the pan roasted chicken with a side of mashed potatoes. YUMMMM.“

“The best thing about this place is that they’re open 24 hours! I would definitely recommend it, especially when everything else is closed. The pricing is reasonable, and the service was excellent. Pamela helped our table and was great from the start. She was very patient with us and offered helpful recommendations. She checked on us frequently and went the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She truly deserves a raise for providing such exceptional service.

The food was delicious and came out fairly quickly. The parking lot, however, is a bit tricky. The entrance is narrow and easy to miss, and you may end up passing it and seeing an exit that you unfortunately cannot enter.

One concern I noticed was that the ice cream tub and whipped cream were completely exposed. Customers walk by with easy access, and there were no lids or coverings. This is extremely unhygienic, as someone could cough, sneeze, or touch it, not to mention flies, which do not appear to be prevented from making direct contact.

The ambiance is okay, nothing particularly special, but they did a great job decorating for Christmas.
