“TBH I was hesitant at first to eat at Acopia. As a vegan, most Mexican restaurants do not usually have options for me. Their menu is somewhat minimal and limited, so entered with few expectations or hopes that I could order anything more than a salad. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The owner came to our table and was most accommodating. I ordered a succulent nopales salad, street corn and some delicious blue corn sopes de calabasita (zucchini and flower). It was all quite tasty and I was even more surprised when she brought out some vegan mayo AND vegan cheese to top off my food with more flavor. The atmosphere is very modern and simply styled, mirroring their “chic” food menu. I found the food delicious though a bit on the bland side, but was grateful that they came through for me and my vegan diet. I left sated and happy that I could fully participate in the meal alongside my meat-eating friends. The owner was very thoughtful and really went out of her way to make sure I had plenty of choices to order. Although it was a bit pricey, I will definitely go back again. The modern ambiance, the attentive service and the fancy yet rustic food combined to make a lovely evening meal.“

“Naltaliya was great in every step of the way. We ordered a cake and a cupcake for the baby shower. Sent her some ideas and she created a masterpiece. When I saw the cake I was speechless. It was beautiful was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. It was also delicious. Not overly sweet, very moist, and made with love. Pretty much all the guests at the party asked me where we ordered the cake. Big big big thanks. I would highly recommend you order your next dessert from Natalia.“

Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday morning right before noon. .

I have been eating masala dosa since 2000 at Vik's in Berkeley. This place has dosas which are pretty good.

My dosa was not as crispy as I liked. But perhaps they were having an off morning. They were just starting their day as there was no one else eating at the restaurant when we arrived.

Sambar was very tasty. I wish they sold a side of sambar because I could eat a big bowl of this delicious soup!“

“This is a restaurant with a very stylish decoration. The classical decoration makes people feel like they are back in the past era when dining. I think everyone can experience it. At the same time, the food in the restaurant is still very delicious.“

“I've enjoyed Moonbowls food over a dozen times now, and I must say that I find their food is very high quality and tastes consistently great. Their bowls are well prepared, with great attention obviously paid to presentation, cleanliness, and nutritional value. Their customer service is outstanding, and ordering is a breeze using their website. I've had some orders delivered and received promptly, warm and well-packaged. Other orders I've picked up myself and their automated self-serve system is secure, clean, and easy to use. My only issue has been on a few occasions, parking has been very limited due to the number of delivery drivers waiting for orders. The location, though in an obscure location near the airport, is safe, friendly, well-lit, and has a clean, gender neutral bathroom for patrons. There is no in-store dining, but if you request utensils when ordering, dining in-car is easy. Please support this business as their hard work providing healthy food options at a reasonable price serves an important role in our local community.“

“I have never eaten Ethiopian food before nor have I ever been interested in eating it. Stumbled upon this restaurant when out looking for food that was not Mexican, (nothing wrong with Mexican food. I love Mexican food but just wanted something else). I had no idea what to expect. So glad we stumbled across it. It was so good. If we were here for more than one night, I would definitely return. The staff were awesome. So friendly and welcoming. The food was so good and opened my eyes, (and stomach), to a new cuisine. The price was very reasonable. Do not let the empty restaurant put you off. Definitely worth a visit.“

“My Spanish is absolutely terrible and if I can say the red jalapeno then somebody knew what in the hell they were doing at this place
Except for green jalapenos did it really nail that one but hey I don't know what the Spanish word is for green so perhaps I've been outsmarted again.?
Pretty much all the food that they had here was Mexican food.
I can't really say things like Coca-Cola is Mexican food or the water.
Although it is San Jose so it's just a different kind of poison.
Other than toxic water which the whole city has this place had toxically enticing meals. I went for a burrito like I always do it wasn't vegan it used to moo.

“I had the Chicken Mix Bowl with the smokey chipotle sauce and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy so being able to not worry about that with my meal was so nice. I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. Thank you guys for the amazing food. I highly recommend this place!!“

We had the Singapore Stir Fried Noodles, the Pad Thai, and the Mango Eggplant.

They also take food allergies very seriously and can accommodate dishes accordingly.

Parking can be a little difficult with only 6-7 spaces in front of the restaurant.“

“Came here on a whim… after furniture shopping. It’s nice & clean. We got sat right away. I had a pork Bahn Mi sandwich… very tasty and the bread was fresh. We also ordered pork egg rolls, vegetarian spring rolls… they added shrimp… but ok … not that we are vegetarian. Overall a nice place to eat with good service and clean bathrooms.“

“Always a great time for Karaoke here in Willow Glen!! The staff is on top of it making sure you have a good time and generally full of locals so you feel at home. But be careful, one of the bartenders actually has a pretty good voice so you'll have to set the bar higher. But definitely fun every time I have been there. See you again soon...“

“The minute we tried Bossman's pizza a few months ago, we were hooked! Got takeout and delivery many times from this place. The pizza is always on point, perfect crust and generous toppings. Have not had a chance to dine in due to COVID-19 but we look forward to visiting in person soon.“

“I’m so glad I came here! I ordered the veggie sampler to go. Every part tasted good and there was plenty of injera. They packaged it up really well and securely for pick up which was nice. There is plenty of outdoor seating and the person helping me was nice. Super warm and comforting food, I’ll be back!

We’re both big fans of the bagel sandwiches they sell here, but I was extremely impressed with the two young gentlemen’s services and their polite and kind mannerism. Even though it was a busy Friday, they were both being super friendly to everyone and were working very hard, which I love to see!“

“I ordered a 4 tier cake for my wedding. I asked if they would be able to do the old vintage cake designs. I was told yes. I sent several detailed emails and pictures of what I wanted. The cake was NOTHING close in design, outside of 4 levels, nothing else looked like the pictures. Only one of the colors, only a couple flowers. Then, 1 hour into the reception the cake fell over. I never even got to cut my 4 tiered cake! When I brought it up after, she blamed the heat. There was air conditioning in the venue! She offered to redo it for pictures. I agreed then never heard from her. I contacted her multiple times and I just today get an email from her saying she can't do that after all. I lost money, had a mediocre cake that looked nothing like the inspo picture I sent, and had my cake fall over and barely salvaged enough for the guests. This is a horrible business who doesn't care about making a cake for something as important as a wedding. My dream cake was ruined. I should've gone with someone else. What a horrible bakery. Liars and unprofessional. If you don't know how to do vintage designs don't sat you do! And do not offer a remake if you don't mean it! If you're looking for a multi tiered wedding cake, do not use them!“

“I had trouble with choosing over dinner and wanted to try a new place. I made a large order of house chow mien, s&s pork, mapo tofu, chicken with nuts, beef with broccoli, mixed vegetables, fried wontons, and fried cream cheese wontons an hour before closing and they were able to make the food ready within 20 minutes. I picked it up for take out and saw the space to be warm, welcoming, and clean. Staff were friendly. Food picked up was hot. When I got home food was fragrant. All the food I listed above tasted so good. Not salty and not too sweet. Just right.

My family and I are looking forward to try other stuff from the menu and try their soups too. Great job to the staff.“

“I recently visited this charming bakery, and overall, I had a great experience. The croissants are definitely the star of the show—flaky, buttery, and just the right level of crispiness. I tried both the ube and Biscoff flavors, and while both were delicious, I found the ube to be the standout.“

“The atmosphere is chill. The employees are nice and patient with me when I'm indecisive. I loved the Quiche and the Mocha Bianca.

I usually get regular mocha but the white one was good too.

Dietary restrictions: Some gluten free options. I ate the quiche without eating the crust. I'm not highly allergic to gluten if it touches my food but I can't digest it.
