“TBH I was hesitant at first to eat at Acopia. As a vegan, most Mexican restaurants do not usually have options for me. Their menu is somewhat minimal and limited, so entered with few expectations or hopes that I could order anything more than a salad. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The owner came to our table and was most accommodating. I ordered a succulent nopales salad, street corn and some delicious blue corn sopes de calabasita (zucchini and flower). It was all quite tasty and I was even more surprised when she brought out some vegan mayo AND vegan cheese to top off my food with more flavor. The atmosphere is very modern and simply styled, mirroring their “chic” food menu. I found the food delicious though a bit on the bland side, but was grateful that they came through for me and my vegan diet. I left sated and happy that I could fully participate in the meal alongside my meat-eating friends. The owner was very thoughtful and really went out of her way to make sure I had plenty of choices to order. Although it was a bit pricey, I will definitely go back again. The modern ambiance, the attentive service and the fancy yet rustic food combined to make a lovely evening meal.“

I visit almost every week, and I always get their almond croissants; they are so flavorful and moist at the center! Their macarons, cheesecakes, and cakes are also exceptional. I loved their macarons so much that I placed a large order for my wedding!

I love Mexican food but just wanted something else). I had no idea what to expect. So glad we stumbled across it. It was so good. If we were here for more than one night, I would definitely return. The staff were awesome. So friendly and welcoming. The food was so good and opened my eyes, (and stomach), to a new cuisine. The price was very reasonable. “I was curious to try this place after driving past it so many times and home eats in Cupertino let me down the last time I ate there. We had the eggplant and combo noodle special and a bowl of rice. The food was pretty tasty and fresh but I felt like it was expensive for Chinese food. 25$ for noodles and about $17 for eggplant, 3$ for rice. Service and ambience was nicer than your typical Chinese restaurant but was it worth another visit? We’ll see“

I'm Mangalorean and this was my second time trying Ethiopian food. I was immediately transported home. The flavors are even better than several local restaurants which claim to be authentically South Indian.“

“Cocola is one of my favorite spots at Santana Row for great desserts and coffee. The atmosphere in the evening is perfect — relaxing outside with a drink while enjoying all the activity around the Row. I especially love their Chai Latte, and the desserts are always delicious. The coconut macaroon and croissants especially.
The only downside is that the staff (not all, just a couple) can be a bit stand offish sometimes, but overall it’s still a great place to unwind and enjoy the vibe while people watching.“

“I ordered a 4 tier cake for my wedding. I asked if they would be able to do the old vintage cake designs. I was told yes. I sent several detailed emails and pictures of what I wanted. The cake was NOTHING close in design, outside of 4 levels, nothing else looked like the pictures. Only one of the colors, only a couple flowers. Then, 1 hour into the reception the cake fell over. I never even got to cut my 4 tiered cake! When I brought it up after, she blamed the heat. There was air conditioning in the venue! She offered to redo it for pictures. I agreed then never heard from her. I contacted her multiple times and I just today get an email from her saying she can't do that after all. I lost money, had a mediocre cake that looked nothing like the inspo picture I sent, and had my cake fall over and barely salvaged enough for the guests. This is a horrible business who doesn't care about making a cake for something as important as a wedding. My dream cake was ruined. I should've gone with someone else. What a horrible bakery. Liars and unprofessional. If you don't know how to do vintage designs don't sat you do! And do not offer a remake if you don't mean it! If you're looking for a multi tiered wedding cake, do not use them!“

“I've had all the different kabobs from here before. Everything has always been spot on tasty. I was here a few weeks ago and tried the salmon. It was perfectly cooked. The portion was right for the price. Note that this is only take out, but there are tables outside.“

“Ordered a very specific pizza near closing time, it was ready early I was dumb rushed over and didn't check it upon pickup. Took it back asap when i saw it wasnt mine/to see if they still had my order, and with a smile someone was there to hand my correct pizza over and it was still warm and dam good when I got home with it. They use very fresh vegg and the right amount of everything for a good pizza ratio. Also respect that they refunded my order hours later when I never asked or complaining for that, really a well run honest business. Probably my 7th pizza from them have always been great and never lacking on toppings but after this I'll be a life long supporter“

“I've been wanting to try Fancy Flavors for sooo long, l'm so glad I finally did! I went on a Saturday morning around 8:15. There was no line and service was fast and friendly. Some inside seating but mostly just a grab and go place I feel like.

Everything I got was sooo incredible. You need to try the pumpkin basque cheesecake before it goes away!!! I would repeat all these choices again!!!!“

I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. “This is the luxurious treat you buy for others who would never buy such a splurge, with the total price being okay but the item itself being expensive for what it is, like a $10 hand sanitizer or a $30 candle.This store is located in Santana Row. It used to be located next to Sephora but has moved to a smaller space on the Row. They have samples unlike other third-party retailers that carry them obviously.The packaging can't be beat. Please refer to my Halloween Sugarfina advent calender. I love how there are boxes for different occasions, like graduation. You can mix and match the plastic cubes for some of the boxes like the treasure chest type ones. Separately, they are also fitting for occasions like bridesmaid ask boxes.I think most of the gummies are great, particularly the alcoholic and sour ones. The chocolates are good but usually nothing special. The olive ones look nice though.“
