“So happy that we discovered this SJC neighbourhood gem! Expect authentic, fresh, no-frills sushi and maki rolls, with wonderful chef and staff service (at the sushi bar). Our fave this visit was the 'Aburi Hamachi Roll', but we are looking forward to coming back often to try all the menu options!“

“Absolutely loved it. great taste good portion. Tuna and salmon chunks are pretty decent personally I think it’s tastier than poke n half they have a sushi like thing in the tofu skin two for six bucks that taste good too, but I didn’t like the Hawaiian shrimp hot plate.“

“Love this place. I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed it as I’ve been probably 60 times since I found it! I will say here and there sometimes it is inconsistent with the amount of sauce you get based on who is serving you, but otherwise the team is always really friendly and super quick!!!
The fish/ingredients are always fresh and flavorful.
So they earn all five stars.“

“This by far the best Poke bowl restaurant in SoCal! The food is always fresh and the staff is really polite and helpful if you want to try something new. It's always clean and has simple and mellow atmosphere. You won't find a better selection and service any where else!
Parking: Underground parking is free when they stamp your ticket. Always space to park.“

“I eat at wow poki more than anywhere else (besides my own restaurant) because I love their product. This is one of the very few poke spots anywhere that offers yellowtail or gluten-free ponzu or brown rice. That alone is worth 5 stars. The fish is almost always really fresh. Some days it's less so, but I know the fish market closes one day per week and I go anyway because it's that good. The owners are there a lot and they're always nice to me and my family. I usually get it to go, so don't pay much attention to the vibe. The only thing I'd change would be to add a fresh brewed tea option. Then I might just eat there every day.“

“Competitively-priced. The fish was fresh and tasted good. The rice was decent but I think there’s too much in ratio to the fish and other toppings.
My only real complaint is that I wish they would mix the fish with the sauces you choose, instead of just putting them on top.“

“No frills poke walk up window service restaurant with generously portioned, fresh, reasonably priced bowls. Shrimp tempura is excellent as well. Limited seating, no bathrooms ( only at store next door if you buy something), gets busy at peak times.“

“I discovered this store thanks to a BOGO promotion advertised on T-Mobile Tuesday. While the staffs were initially unfamiliar with the offer, they handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and helpfulness. I was impressed by the friendly and courteous demeanor of one staff member in particular. The drinks were delicious and prepared quickly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.“

“Super fresh, smelled clean inside. Owner is quite friendly and really cares about making a nice bowl.
Got the large bowl with brown rice, and a selection of great sides and toppings. Not *too* many, but each one worth considering. Flavors and spice level were spot on, not too salty or sweet, which highlighted how good the fish choices are.“
