Chef Ericka is a talented, professional chef whose catering made a milestone event extra special. The guests were really impressed by the delicious food she cooked and connected with her due to her kind, warm and friendly personality. Her menu had a lot to choose from. She helped me out tremendously with creating a wonderful banquet. I highly recommend her for your event!

Chef Ericka is amazing. We ordered 100 apples 🍏 for my sons party and they were a big hit. Whether you are looking for candy, apples or caramel apples, these apples don't disappoint. Highly recommended by a co worker. Now I highly recommend ❤️

Catering By Ericka provides the best tasting soul food, desserts, and beverages. The food is absolutely delicious, fantastic, tremendous, and incredible, with amazing presentation. Specific praised dishes include Marry Me Chicken, braised short ribs, mac and cheese, greens, chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, and colorful salads. The service shows a high level of professionalism and work ethic. Guests are consistently happy, often taking leftovers home. This catering choice is phenomenal for events, holiday parties, and brunches, with a wide and delicious variety, including vegetarian selections. The company is highly recommended for making any event a success.
