Nothing fancy about this restaurant but their food is better than other HK cafes in the area. A lot of things we want is not available but still on the menu. A bit disappointing. Ordered silky egg with shrimp over Ho Fun and salt n pepper calamari. Calamari had a lot of msg and salt. Quite salty for my liking. Silky egg over ho fun was good but needed more gravy. Would order with extra gravy next time.
Hadn’t eaten here for over 4 years, we went yesterday, the food was still in great taste. I appreciate the owner keeping quality of food!! Especially the hot rice cooked in the stone pot. Enjoy going there!!

This has been a decent Hong Kong style cafe for many years. Food is comparable to other Hong Kong style cafe in the Bay Area. I took off one star because the restaurant added 15% service charge automatically even for party of two without letting the customer know. Worse still, on the credit card receipt, they still provide a space for tips and even have the audacity to recommend 15%, 18%, etc on top of the already added 15% service charge.
