Amazing vegan food from Bliss Cafe. It was help yourself and pay for the weight, so we got a mix of everything they had available. It was all delicious.
Flavours and combinations we hadn't tried before with vegetarian or vegan food, so it really opened up our palette.
We both wish we could go back for more, or one was open in the UK.“

“We love Scout Coffee. Always excellent. We normally order cappuccinos, but we tried their Vanilla Bean Lattes this morning with a pistachio shortbread cookie that we shared. They make their own syrups. It was delicious. Our favorite is still their cappuccinos, because you get the true robust coffee flavor. This coffee shop is a hub for morning people—great atmosphere—one of a kind ambiance.“

Pair that with hand stretched dough and homemade sauce and you have the best pizza on the Central Coast. I’ve also been really impressed with their wine selection. They have some local favorites and some really awesome bottles you may not have heard of.“

“Loved this place. We are here from San Jose celebrating hubby’s birthday. Chose this on a whim.. turned out to be an awesome choice. Drinks, food and service was top notch. Tried a couple of cocktails..all yummy. The one with tequila and falurnum and coconut.. very nice. The lamb was one of the best we’ve had. And the Peruvian rice.. was out of the world. Thanks Mitsura for the cookies and making hubby’s birthday celebration special..loved the triple chocolate mousse. Will be back for sure

“When we have family or friends in town, this is where we bring them. The Bee Stang Detroit style is off the hook (and I don't like Detroit or Chicago styles)! When it comes to their seasonal pies, we ask the server what their favorites are-- that hasn't steered us wrong yet!“

“These donuts are amazing, they always have what I'm looking for and the people are so kind and caring. When ever I crave donuts I go there. Nothing satisfies my cravings better than these donuts! I recommend it. 10/10“

“I LOVE Bing's Bao Buns. Growing up in a Chinese family, I was raised on bao. And Bing's bao is honestly my favorite I've ever had, anywhere.

First, I love the bun thickness to fillings ratio--it's exactly how I personally like them, with the bun not so thick that it overwhelms the flavor of the filling.

Second, I love that Bing's always offers a variety of plant-based options for both their bao and additional menu items, including Kimchi Fried Rice. Whether you are vegan, or vegetarian, or not, their plant-based options are just as flavorful and satisfying as anything on their menu.

Third, Bing's offers so many amazing items, beyond bao, including Lo Mein Noodles and Tater Tots. I highly recommend the Bing's Seasoning edition of the Tater Tots. It has a very tasty and memorable kick, without being too spicy for those who can't tolerate too much.

And on top of all of that, Bing's always has the best customer service. They make you feel truly appreciated for your patronage, and that is important. They are family-owned, and personally, I love getting to support high-quality businesses that are.

Plus, they have a wide selection of cool imported snacks, and a wide selection of tasty mochi too, including vegan mochi. I feel they go above and beyond at what they do, and are such a true gem in our Central California Coast. In all of my bao from D.C. to SoCal, I still love the ones here at Bing's in San Luis Obispo the best.“

“Everything was wonderful. Difficultu these days to find a restaurant that provides great service and food at a great price. Cafe Roma -does exactly that. We had a wonderful server named Grace!! She was incredible. Corkage fee was extremely reasonable. Room was crowded with many people all enjoying the wonderful friendly atmosphere. Food was spot on. From bread service through to dessert. We will definitely be back to finding this amazing gem to still enjoy classy dining out without breaking the bank.“

“Kumi ko is a Japanese restaurant in San Luis Obispo across from the Damon Garcia sports field. I ordered the spicy ramen bowl and the broth had a slow-building heat with good flavor. We came for my brother’s birthday and the staff actually made it feel like a celebration. They brought a complimentary dessert with a sparkler candle and the whole place joined in to sing. The service moved quickly without feeling rushed, and everyone was attentive without hovering. The food felt thoughtfully made and the atmosphere worked just as well for a special occasion as it would for a simple dinner. It stands out as some of the best Japanese food and sushi in SLO.“

“Solid Cali taco spot, I had the lengue, carne asada, and shrimp tacos. Liked the flavor of the carne asada tacos the best, but their chips and salsa bar is LEGIT. They have 5 different salsas, lime, and pickled veggies that all come for free with your meal. Definitely want to try more of their taco flavors next time.“

“I want to highlight the customer service that I witnessed at this SLO Do Co. It was patientce and kindness at it's finest. The employee who served is named Braidon. A customer came in and demonstrated distress and confusion. Braidon showed respect and dignity even as they became reactionary and objective in the conversation. I admire how he handled the situation. Customer service always determines the weight of the review. You guys hired the right person.“

“Great little find in slo. Was bummed that they didn't get their fish order when I was there. Was very much looking forward to the red snapper ceviche. They did, however, have some delicious prawns. I had one of the best Chile rellenos stuffed with cheese and large prawns. Shredded beef tacos are highly recommended. The Baja fish tacos are flavorful and large. And our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Will be back again“

“Where do I start?! Thai Palace has been my wife and my favorite restaurant for well over a decade. The food is always delicious, Ti Ti (the owner) is always friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant itself is well decorated. Each dish that I have tried is a culinary delight and we are nicer disappointed. We’ve been there for birthdays, anniversaries, and any other excuse we can come up with to visit! Tee-tee, keep up the good work my friend!“
