“I just moved to Escondido, about 5 min from this place. I had no idea it had just opened up. I’ve been here 4 times now! I’ve tried the rice bowls, the soup, the sandwiches and the shaved ice. Everything is sooooo good. The only thing I will say that’s negative is that the AC doesn’t work too well in the restaurant. It’s been so hot out that it would be nice to come into a nice refreshing establishment. It may not be their fault. But if they could get that fixed that would be the cherry on top!“

“This is our new San Diego treasure! We’ve been here 3 times on this trip alone! The service is impeccable and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about allergies. My husband has a gluten allergy and they are willing to modify every dish he’s asked about to accommodate his allergy. We have not had one dish that we have not enjoyed thoroughly. Thank you Thai 2 You for such an amazing experience!“

“Came with my brothers to have lunch, ordered the beef salad, chicken satay, moo krob, spicy fried rice (my favorite) got it with spice level 3 (I'd recommend level 2), nice quiet music, the rice came in the shape of a heart. The thai lemon tea is a new thing but taste very refreshing. Highly recommend.“

The chicken pad Thai is amazing, but tonight I went with the Massaman curry with chicken. The mix of carrots, potatoes, and onions, With the peanut butter infused, curry is delicious. “Been working my way through the menu here the last couple of weeks and everything has been incredible so far. My favorite so far is the Beef Chow Fun (tender strips of flavorful beef w/ seasoned rice noodles). But again, there are no bad items. Service is so friendly, attentive, and helpful.“

“Solid neighborhood joint for Japanese and Korean food. The ramen is decent as are the rolls. The staff is always friendly.

We come here on a pretty regular basis for a simple and well priced evening meal out.

“Good pho, 3.5/5. Really enjoyed the broth flavor, pretty good fresh noodles, meat was a bit sub par extra chewy texture and fat around edges. Given the hefty price per bowl, and restaurant name, should improve quality of meat served.“

“The food is crazy good. I got the Garden Party Ramen with a side of potstickers and a dragon fruit drink, and it was all so so SO good. Honestly, I just got back from a place in Irvine that was (literally) twice as expensive with smaller portions and it wasn't even half as good as Haru Mama.

At $14 to $15 a bowl (large portions, I couldn't even finish it in one sitting) it is totally worth it.“

“Good food and staff, google says 9 but they close at 0830, last call for food should be like 0800 max so yall can eat and they can close on time! My bad I went off of google for closing time, and then seen the actual sign outside the restaurant.“

BUT their whole thing is all you can eat, and they ask you to limit your orders to 2 plates per person per round. This means each server has to keep coming back to each table over and over again. The result is that they are always super busy and have a hard time getting away long enough to clear tables for new parties or process checks.
All in all worth the trip, just be sure to build in lots of extra time.“
