“Service: The delivery app drivers have no manners will cut in front of everyone else waiting in line to order food at register.
Huge plus: the establishment will NOT pass on additional debit/credit card use to the customers, as is the case with most taquerias nowadays.

Few places will paste on its walls images of menu items which helps for sure. Dining area can be somewhat comfort restricted and the air conditioning sometimes runs a little cold makes it uncomfortable to work through your meal.“

“This is the type of food that I would like to see in all Mexican restaurants. It’s fresh, it’s tasty, and it’s unique.
My spouse and I have eaten here several times here in the past few months and our experience has been great every time.
Fresh guacamole, fresh salsa, homemade tortillas, great pastor and other meat choices. I even like the vegetable taco! She likes the seafood options, the octopus was particularly good.
This is NOT a chain Mexican restaurant, it shows you what you’ve been missing at other establishments.“

“Best kept secret in California...and I don't say that lightly! WOW, the food is good! If you like shrimp and bacon...try the Camerones Momia. Of course that dish is rather rich...so consider getting a Tostadas de Cameron's Pescado o Pulpo to go with it...AMAZINGLY fresh and bursting with flavor! This place is EXACTLY why you need to adventure and try new places. Just wish I had found it sooner...and/or it was closer to Ohio.“

“update 6/2025. they accept card now, used to be cash only. the food flavor has been quite consistently lately. This is one of two places in town I go for Mexican food. it's better then most in the area imo & prices are more reasonable.

“I may not know Mexican cuisine, but I know when food is good. And damn, the food is good here. Everything tasted like some old grandma invited you over for a fiesta and she personally cooked everything herself. We ordered the beef and veggie soup for our children. I couldn't stop stealing it for myself! It reminded us of this one Cantonese soup with pork bone, carrots, and radish. This one used beef rib, kinda like galbi tang. The meat was so moist. Then came the tacos, enchilada, and shrimp cocktail. Everything was huge and bursting with flavor, although slightly overseasoned (read: salty) for our preference. Even the rice was noteworthy. You can see the leftover tomato skin -- it's not just tomato paste like some restaurant use to cut corners. We even enjoued their Pico de Gallo and salsas. They reshly prepare their corn tortillas. I could eat those every day! The best part of the meal was the gal working as hostess, waitress, and server. She made us feel so welcome, patiently answered all of our questions, catered to our every need (we're a family with young kids), and checked on us several times. She even get us an extra order of rice which our kids devoured -- for free!“

The family owned restaurant makes you feel at home with Carmen or Patricia (usually) greeting you and they are all so very friendly. The atmosphere is fun and festive with a tree that stays up all year long decorated by Carmen for every Holiday !

“Great tacos and burritos for a great price! This is not a fancy place but it isn't trying to be. It's a great, down to earth local mexican restaurant. If you want something different, get the elote (corn) as a tasty side! The burritos are generously sized and well worth the price. Definitely recommend!“

“We contacted La Hacienda to inquire about their banquet room for a reservation of 100 people. Brandon is banquet coordinator. He was extremely responsive and helpful in planning the event. For the buffet, you are able to choose 3 entrees. We choose beef fajitas, chili verde and chicken enchiladas. There were also many other options we could have picked. The banquet room is private and upstairs. There is also an elevator. During the event, each guest went through the buffet line and got a delicious salad, rice, beans, all 3 entrees (if they wanted) and tortillas. There were also chips and salsa on the tables. 3 types of sodas were includes in pitchers and a large water caraf was set out. In the banquet room there is also bathroom just for banquet guests. Servers come and take drink orders. Guests are allowed to return to the buffet for seconds. It was a wonderful, easy experience. The food was absolutely fantastic. The service was great. I truly thankful I chose this restaurant for my event.“

“Phenomenal choice for tonight's dinner. It's not too often I have so many choices that sound so tempting. The menu is well varied while also being very cohesive. The staff are super friendly, especially the bartender Jacob! That dude is the man! The outside area was super inviting and absolutely gorgeous. “I was traveling with my mom, visiting family, and we happened upon this food truck while grabbing a quick cup of coffee before hitting the road. The truck was parked next to the coffee shop, and we thought that maybe it would be wise to eat because the food looked so delicious. Brandon, the owner, was so helpful and friendly in helping us pick out the perfect dish. Let me tell you, this decision did not disappoint and the food was top notch extraordinary and so worth the stop. I highly, highly recommend making the stop as well. “We were passing through Gilroy and decided to stop at this restaurant because they were dog friendly and we were so pleased with our experience. We had the Terra de Mariscos and two quesabirria tacos and it was SO GOOD! They had a live mariachi band playing at a perfect volume to be able to listen and have a conversation. The place had a fun atmosphere and the food and drink menus had so many cool things…we wish we could’ve tried it all!“

The day I visited this Taco Bell, I was very satisfied. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I ordered a taco and a quesadilla, and both were delicious. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and well-prepared.

Honestly, I highly recommend this place to everyone. My experience was special, and I will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for great fast food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect spot!“

I suggest you have wipies with you to wipe down the table before and after you eat. FYI it's always windy so be ready to fight nature for your food LOL!“

“This is the best chicken burrito in the state.

One of the reasons is the chicken is smoked and juicy. But more than that, it’s the evenness of it all. The balance of creama to beans isn’t drippy, the tomatoes in the pico are perfectly ripe, the freckled tortillas aren’t overly thick or thin, it’s the cheese spreads evenly across the interior like the perfect amount of butter on toast, the onions are cut to the perfect diameter. The ingredients are across the board, fresh, considered, and proportionately perfect. I think about this burrito all the time.“
