“Diego and his team are fantastic! The food and atmosphere are full of love. He is kind, the ceviche is marvelous and I was so pleased for him to make time and sit down to educate me on Baja style, their unique tequila and wonderful family. Thank you and your team for a great experience, I'd 1000% recommend eating here while in Paso!“

“Delightful restaurant and delicious ethnic food prepared they way it should be. My only comment would be to make sure their beef taco is carne asada because mine came with stewed beef which was good but not what I had expected. Otherwise, the atmosphere and service was optimum! Thank you!“

“This restaurant is truly magical. Whether you’re trying to go to Taqueria Jalisco or Jalepeño City, google maps will take you right here. The sign out front says Jalepeño City, but if you’re trying to meet up with friends at Taqueria Jalisco you’ll definitely want to verify which location since there are 2 in town.
This place has a TouchTunes so WATCH TF OUT if you’re trying to have a peaceful evening meal because people like me are out there playing club hits from the 2010’s and blue strips on repeat. There’s just something about chips and guac and dance music that gets me and my friends going.🤗Come here for sure but remember, it’s about the journey not the destination.“
“Best tacos in town we're from visalia but definitely our stop when in town 😊“

“The food was great!
But they are charging sit down restaurant prices for a more fast food style environment. You walk up and place your order at the counter, prepay then sit down, Refill your own drinks etc. they also charged extra for chips and salsa. Family of 4, 2 adults entrees and 2 kids meals, and chips, just water to drink and it was $65!“

“Pros: the starter corn chips used a fresh tomatillo/avocado salsa that was delicious. Horchata was custom made with an included refill which after a long day was amazing. Shrimp dishes were fresh and flavorful.
Cons: allergy information could be improved“

“We stopped here for lunch and loved it. We had the watermelon mint and regular margarita and we both agreed that while both were tasty, the watermelon was the winner (they use fresh juice and agave and you can tell these are very well made). For the tacos, the fish tacos with mango fell short for us, so we ordered extra of the short rib tacos which were divine - so juicy and tender. We will definitely return in the future to try some of their other choices. Shoutout to our waitress Kylie who was super sweet from the very beginning!“

“Had the pastor at Fourth of July on a winery. Pastor tacos are my bread and butter, and this place did not disappoint. 3 tacos for 15 is a bit steep, but worth every penny. Their ceviche was great as well and the customer service was great!“

“I purposely always take 101 going north no matter what (over Interstate 5) for one reason: to stop and enjoy the El Jefe. Oh and going back home as well. The best bar none. Been stopping here since 2015.“

“Amazing little family-owned food truck on the side of the road. It was very popular with the locals when we went at 10pm. Delicious tacos with freshly made tortillas. Spoke with the owner for a bit and she was very nice too. I wish I lived closer so I can come back!“
