“Oh my goodness! We are so happy Suzys Kitchen food truck was there when we were visiting. The food was AMAZING!! We live on the boarder of Mexico so we are super picky with our Mexican food. This hit the spot let me tell you! And the lady cooking was sooo sweet!! You have to try this place when in San Miguel

“The food was really good. All the tacos we had were full of flavor and had a great balance of savory, citrus, and spice. My only complain is the tortillas. For the price per taco I was hoping for a homeade tortilla.
Other then that it was amazing. We will definitely be coming back!“

“The food here is AMAZING!! This place is a hidden gem in Paso Robles and I can’t believe more people aren’t raving about this place! You REALLY need to try their ceviche Torre!! It’s enough to easily feed two people, and under $40? Come ON!! The fish is SOOO fresh and the octopus is so amazingly tender!! You simply can’t go wrong!!“

“We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here—every dish was excellent and beautifully prepared. However, we were surprised when the bill arrived and seemed much higher than expected.
The issue stemmed from the wine list. We ordered what we believed were $12 glasses of wine, but the wine we selected was listed at $12 for a 3-ounce pour and $24 for a 6-ounce pour. It was the only white wine on the menu presented this way, and we were served the 6-ounce pours without being asked which size we preferred.
To the restaurant’s credit, the manager handled the situation graciously and adjusted the bill, which we greatly appreciated. We left satisfied and would return. I’m sharing this simply as a heads-up to future diners: take a close look at the wine list and, if there’s any uncertainty, ask about the pour size before ordering.“

But they are charging sit down restaurant prices for a more fast food style environment. You walk up and place your order at the counter, prepay then sit down, Refill your own drinks etc. they also charged extra for chips and salsa. Family of 4, 2 adults entrees and 2 kids meals, and chips, just water to drink and it was $65!“

“I purposely always take 101 going north no matter what (over Interstate 5) for one reason: to stop and enjoy the El Jefe. Oh and going back home as well. The best bar none. Been stopping here since 2015.“

“We found this jewel today and we’ll definitely be back! Clean, comfortable seating (inside or patio), friendly staff and great food! It’s tucked in a corner in the shopping center with TJ Maxx & Lowe’s. Fish tacos, chips & salsa - YUM!“

“This is place is amazing! Friends and I stopped by on our way down from Laguna Seca. We craved good tacos comida Mexican. There was no other restaurant nearby (which helped us make decision), and we were not disappointed. Actually we were blown away. Susy’s had fresh ingredients, good meats and really got down on the grill! We come up to race often as will definitely be back.
