“My husband had the Filet Mignon, and I had the Tomato and Gruyère Tart. For starters, we had a delicious heirloom tomato salad, and ended with coffee and dessert. Everything was fresh and tasted great. We had a Pinot Noir with our meal, which was also delicious. Highly recommend!“

“So much to say… but ultimately, Colossus in Long Beach is WONDERFUL!! The BEST BLT I’ve ever had. Because they use high quality ingredients! Their Soft-Scrambled Egg Toast is divine. And everything is beautifully fresh. I love their country bread, baguettes, olive cumin bread, dinner rolls… but I have so much more to try Their pastries are scrumptious: Pecan Sticky Bun, Cardamom Bun, Kouign Amann, Financier, Marzipan Croissant, Sea Salt Brownie, OG Chocolate Chip Cookie. It’s all amazing and I’ve brought a number of friends to show off this incredible Belmont Shore Bakery. On Friday nights Colossus serves pizza into the night. Again, high-quality ingredients make their pizzas delicious. Plus they have interesting and unique combinations. They are tip free because their starting wage is $21/hr. Great customer service. Cute little space with some lovely specialty spice mixes, food items, merch, and wine. Indoor and outdoor seating, and they serve tasty coffees and teas. Colossus feels like a little bit of Europe on 2nd Street.“

“This place is really growing. I went to their opening and since then started going to the weekly trivia events. It’s a really fun brewery atmosphere, lowkey local and good beer on tap. On the Tuesday trivia nights they have a food truck come. Definitely a great addition to the downtown San Pedro area.“

“a MUST GO for authentic tacos. i'll say it again in case you were distracted the first time: STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND GO HERE TO GET TACOS.Other reviews say the prices were too high. all we got were tacos, and they were $2.25 each for a SUBSTANTIAL amount of meat.The tortillas were perfect "street" size (~4"). Served doubled, because you have to. The Chili Verde was incredible as is (no salsa required as it already had some great sauce). The Carnitas was LEGENDARY. we added a little bit of the green salsa and whoosh - i was blown away.Probably the best, authentic, mexican style taco i've ever had!“

“Staff is always friendly when we come and customer service is on point. It’s always clean and the topping bar is always stocked and so many selections to choose from when it come to the fro-yo. Seating is available. Great place highly recommend checking this spot out if your in the area. 10/10

“I recommend Rock’n Juice because of their welcoming and caring staff. I recommend Rock’n Juice for their delicious Açaí bowls, their healthy Smoothies and their Avocado Toast and for their Peanut butter, spinach and apple Sandwich. My mouth waters just thinking about eating them again. It’s extremely easy and quick to place a order online. Quick pickup time. Never had to wait for my order. And did I mention the staff? I love them all! I took this picture when I picked up my breakfast this morning. Awww Thank you Erin❣️“

“Very good tacos and I should know my wife loves her tacos and is from Mexico. The owners kids were there plating and were so cute. Great food truck with yummy and spicey salsa and a variety of onions to add to the greats tasting tacos. I love that they are open late.“

“I had two fantastic meals at the 2800 Kitchen & Lounge at the DoubleTree at the Port of Los Angeles. For dinner, the Tostadas were yummy and with corn tortillas crisp enough that I could pick them up to eat. I also ordered Seasonal Vegetables, which were fresh and cooked to perfection. For breakfast, the Avocado Toast with hard boiled egg was also excellent, and came with the perfect complement of fresh fruit. Definitely coming here again.“

“Chachi’s veggie sandwich is uniquely crave-able and comforting. Hits the spot most veggie sandos never quite can on soft and crunchy bread. Hummus & mango chutney are not spreads I’d have thought to put together but it is so darn good.
Pedro’s other beloved sandwich spot kind of neglects vegetarian folks and I am so excited to have a local shop that packs this kind of flavor punch! Also, the service was so warm and quick! Go show some support 🫶🏻
