“One aspect that appears to be lacking across all areas, including food quality, service, and ambiance, is the unique warmth and joy that was characteristic of the original Phil's establishments. The staff members previously demonstrated happiness and took pride in crafting personalized cups of coffee for customers. If a special request was not fulfilled correctly, they viewed it as a challenge to rectify it during the next visit. While the current employees are friendly, they do not seem to recognize or acknowledge repeat customers. The warmth and pride associated with Phil's appear to be absent.“

“I ordered original popcorn chicken (spicy) and a cookies and cream brown sugar milk tea (25% sweet) with boba. The boba was good, but the tea was still quite sweet, so will order 0% next time. The chicken was dry and chewy, so I got tired of it about halfway through and will save the rest for later.
There seemed to be only 1 staff member who was nice enough. Clean space and cute decor (very pink!), which I appreciated.“

“I'd like to give a shout out to not only this location but to so many locations who have to suffer thru rude, angry customers. It's a cup of coffee people. If you have to wait you have to wait like everyone else. If you're asked to wear a mask put it on inside. They have had supply chain struggles, supply shortages, staff shortages, and yet most of the time you're greeted with a smile. I know this is great coffee and with all the stress we've been under it's hard to remember but everyone is stressed. The sugar cookie flavoring over the Holidays made me less stressed!“

“Usual starbucks faire. However counter staff brought it to me rather than just leave it on the pickup counter. That was unexpected.
I did leave my glasses behind accidentally and the staff there found them and kept them behind the counter for me. That was very much appreciated :)“

Today I asked if they make espresso tonic which is not on the menu, and they said they do🥹 And the drink was very delicious with a hint of yuzu taste. Thank you both the baristas!“
