“The tacos de adobada are TOP tier. I have heard the lengua is also very good but I have not tried it. The tortiallas are fresh taste amazing. The carne asada though was a little disappointing. There is a consistent burnt/smoky flavor that I think overpowers the meat/taco. Maybe this is temporary but it tasted the same at multiple locations. I will edit this if it gets better. Either way I will be back for the adobada!“

“I stumbled upon this restaurant while watching YouTube travel guides for our upcoming trip to San Diego. We love unique dining experiences, so this seemed like our kind of eatery. The food & service was excellent. The owner checked on every table & takes pride in his restaurant which shows in the quality of the food. The head meat tacos were excellent! We also loved the consomè con carne soup.“

“I’m a local customer for over 25 years. I love this place every thing is well prepare with love. The owners are always happy to see the customers! One of my favorite is the Mexican Mocha, the breakfast sandwich. To say the least everything on the menu is excellent. I’ve rather support this small family coffee shop, then Starbucks. “On arrival there was no wait except the host had difficulty finding us a table, even though there were multiple empty tables. Food came out very quick, fresh, hot. Waitress was helpful - if you are a member online you get free refillable edamame. It was a little expensive but totally worth it!“

Product: The burrito was the largest I've ever seen, served incredibly quickly. It was fiery hot, almost too much so.Personally, I found the meat a bit dry. It's the cheapest burrito I've had in the city. They offer very spicy sauces. 5 out of 10
Service: The interaction was decent. 4 out of 10
Ambiance: Vibrant colors. Customers carve messages directly into the tables. When I arrived, it was quiet, but soon a large crowd formed and the line extended right to my table. 4 out of 10“
