“This restaurant was so great! We first went to Alvarado Street Brewery and the wait was over an hour. We walked the short distance to this restaurant and I'm so happy we did. There was no wait at all and the restaurant was warm and inviting. We sat in a little booth that made it feel like we were in a private room. We ordered the guac and octopus starters. The guac was delicious. The octopus was a little salty for my taste.For meals, we got the pork chop and branzino. Both were cooked to absolute perfection. I had the blackened shrimp tostada, which was pretty much perfect. The service is always fast and friendly, and there's always an energy vibe to the place. I ordered the shrimp burrito and the waitress came to my table and plopped down the thiccckest burrito I've ever seen! Perfectly wrapped and PACKED with jumbo shrimp! They did not get chintzy with the shrimp, I'm pretty sure just about every bite I took had shrimp! The flavors were all there and it was perfectly cooked.
