“So glad I found this place! Very similar to Mongolian bbq, you can pick your noodles, veggies, meats and sauces and they cook it in the back for you. It's super fast, clean and had great options. They also have items to order that is their specialties if you don't want to create your own. The flavors were delicious, friendly staff and very clean. I definitely recommend trying if you haven't been!“

“as a xi’an local, I always wanna give a try from six alleys, because rarely there are authentic ones i can find outside of xi’an tbh. I went in and ordered 三合一 which I had back in xi’an outside of my school for years. the noodles itself and the mix are passed my taste test! “I like this place but the serving has become way less now and we paying more for less food . The tables are dirty, they are sticky . I sometimes see napkins or the plastic wrapper of the straws on the floor. It's a good place good food but less serving for more its a no.
Come on it doesn't hurt to add more salmon or a bit more of chicken.“

Try these yummy dumplings filled with Seasoned Chicken, Pepper Jack Cheese-filled dumplings, battered and crusted with corn flakes. Deep-fried and served with jalapenos & a side of spicy cilantro mayonnaise. You will not regret it. Good luck to the owners just amazing food on wheels.“
