Visited the West field Santa Clara California mall today. Great place 👍.

I just wish to highlight two things.
First and the most important thing is about the wheelchair facility. I am a person with physical disability so I needed a wheelchair, but had to wait for a very long time for it. For the wheelchair my husband had to go to the third floor to complete the formalities and get the wheelchair for me. I would just like to request that kindly make the availability of the wheelchair near the entrance as it's difficult for some to even walk inside the mall.
Second I would like to say that the food court had lots of varieties of food, but there was no Indian Food Stall. I believe people all over the world really really like the delicious food from India so kindly add a food stall with the delicious food of India.

“It tasted like their ice cream is crafted on site. They were busy so I didn't ask. They do build the ice cream taco in front of you and then drop it in liquid nitrogen.

I am cheap so 7 bucks for my double flavor taco dipped in dark chocolate was a bit expensive, but it was a nice treat and fun to watch. It wasn't expensive really for what you get, I am just a cheapo. Lol“

“Sushi O Sushi is amazing!! We usually drop in for lunch and a couple times for dinner. We get the bento boxes with teryaki chicken, California rolls, and sashimi (tuna or salmon) the miso soup is great and the salad with that delicious dressing is perfect. We always stop here and you shoukd definitely give it a try.“

“Great place for a quick lunch and cheap lunch. Honestly finding a place serving a decent burrito for less than 15 dollars in 2025 is short of a miracle. They even have daily specials rotating depending on the day of the week.
Food is well seasoned and they have chicken mole as a meat option.

Service is super fast. Even when busy you don't have to wait for more than 3 minutes for food.“

“This is no doubt the best Korean rice roll you can find in South Bay. Other dishes are good but not as memorable. I would skip Japchae as it is on the saltier side. Took off one star because their service is terrible. The waitress seems unhappy all the time. They don’t welcome small kids unless they can sit and eat like adults. You cannot wait inside for take out if you have small kids with you.“

“We love food here and we come here very often. Ghongura Mutton Biryani, Chicken 65 are our all time favorites. They are a must must try!!

We tried Laccha Parantha and Chicken Zalzala recently and it turned out great.

“Totally enjoyed the food . Got two appetizers, a pizza and a pasta. The lettuce in the lettuce wrap was a bit too cold. Room temperature would be better. Would be better if appetizers came before main entrees.

Service was good if you got their attention; otherwise slow. I think they were under staff.
