I visited Maggie Smokehouse & Fried Chicken on a weekday evening and it was not crowded at the time. Only one party in front of us in line, and plenty of open seating. I got the fried chicken with vegetables, and it came with a corn bread. Theme park food is always more expensive than normal food, but I enjoyed this meal and was quite pleased with it! Pretty good for park food, much better than panda express. The Mac n cheese was delicious, the cornbread muffin sweet like cake, the chicken sammich was okay kinda dry, they don't have pickles so no 5th star
Food wise - this is a great option inside Great America. Chicken is juicy and flavorful and the sides are not disappointing (Mac and cheese, veggies, mashed potatoes and gravy & corn bread).Service wise - just lower your expectations.
