“Great experience this morning, was helped by Jenna or Jenny. I know is Starbucks new policy to make their employees be welcoming and give that neighborhood cafe feel (shame on corporate for making them do that). But the crowd at this location seems genuinely pleasant.
Not feeling the remodel. Not enough places to sit and enjoy your inside, but I get it, in and out is the name of the game.“
“What can I say!!! Clean clean clean cafe and restrooms are highly important. It says much about the employees and supervisors when it comes to cleanliness at their establishment. Covid isn’t our friend. Washing our hands serving food and drinks to customers shows you care.

“Love this place and the crew! I just wish Starbucks would realize that Oatmilk is said almost the same way as whole milk and each time I order, inside or drive thru! I have to make sure it's whole milk.Once and for all milk does not come from a oat.“
“This is by far the upmost best Starbucks location throughout Santa Clarita Valley. I strive to come every single morning to get greeted, assisted & serve by the most outstanding BARISTA named JAY. He blew my mind when i walked in to place my order, but before I could verbalize my specialty styled drink, Jay immediately said EXACTLY my order down to the tee, and left no crumbs. Omgosh!! I was extremely impressed, surprised he remembered since he serves several patrons through the day. Jay not only gave me such an unforgettable experience, but an experience where I will FOREVER do business with this location. Jay is one of those persons who are unsung Hero's, making the lives of others around him more worthy because of sweet gestures & an award winning demeanor to go with his eccentric personality.. My goodness I truly respect & love this fellow, he's really a gem to the Stsrbucks brand. It's not just a job, but it's so much more than that to Jay, and he exudes that through his charismatic approach.
I truly want Starbucks to not only recognize Jay for his hardworking & courageous spirit, but for the sinple fact he's takes making his colleagues & customers feel heard, seen, appreciated, and warm. Thank you Jay!!!! Today is Thanksgiving, hope nothing but love & blessings for you going forward.

“I've been to this place like around 7-10 times and stayed within it like 3-4 times. It's not as lively as other Starbucks nearby. Usually like 1- 2 customers inside. For me I like it when it feels vibrant and alive, so that takes it down a notch. The baristas have always been well informed and attend you pretty quickly.“
“This is probably the best starbucks I have ever been to. It's big, it's clean, it's super friendly. They also serve all of their drinks, hot or cold, in paper cups with paper lids. When I went, there was a group there having a great time, and they had dogs. It was so nice to see such well-behaved dogs and happy people just having a really great time together. The customer service was on point and quick to serve us. Other starbucks, take note. This place is really amazing. Keep up the good work, and I will be back!“

“I barely write reviews and I hope corporate sees this But I just wanted to say I had thee most best customer service experience there, now This isn't my main Starbucks I go to but I was providing an UberEats service and Sara had acknowledged me immediately while also providing for the previous customers she gave me great brief conversation as well as offering me a water for on the go and Jorden was also great too they both made me feel that this is the Starbucks location I should be going to on a daily.
Keep these girls and acknowledge them for their efforts give them a raise if you can because an essence like thiers is what keeps that door revolving! Thank you for making my day!“
“I absolutely love this Starbucks not necessarily for the cups, but for the incredible service I always receive. The baristas here make every drink perfectly, and there’s never a long line.
Today almost turned into a bad experience, but Danny came to the rescue! He gave serious manager energy so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the best way to order my drink, and personally made my drink, it made all the difference.
Because of Danny and the rest of the team’s kindness, speed, and consistency, I’ll continue going out of my way to visit this particular location.

“I've been going here since about April I think. Every morning I mobile order my drink so I can grab it on my way to work. The baristas are super friendly and nice, and within two weeks they already knew who I was LOL, probably because of the over the top iced shaken espresso I order almost daily ? this is 1000% my favorite location! They always get my drink right whereas if I order anywhere else, they don't make it right which is irritating.Shout out to the manager(s) and especially Leticia! Honestly, I love all of the staff here ❤️“
“I stopped by this Starbucks today in the morning to get a bagel. I was in the area down the street and was hungry. When I came, I parked near the entrance since it was early morning and they weren't busy yet. I went inside to place my order of the plain bagel. The women taking my order was friendly and polite. It didn't take long for my bagel to be ready and I ate it in the parking lot inside my car. They give me a plastic knife to use for my cream cheese which never happen before. I thought my plain bagel was good. My friend then called me and asked if I could get me a everything bagel. So I went back inside and this time a man took my order who handed me my original bagel and he told me they were out of the everything bagel. So I went with a plain bagel again. I had a great experience here and didn't have any issues.“
“Mia Rose, Eric, and Grayson were so nice and fun. They were very attentive and efficient from when we first walked in to when we were leaving. Super friendly and both welcomed us when we entered and wished us well as we left. Highly recommend this store. Inside of store was also VERY tidy, organized and easy to navigate.“
“This place is great. The service is really fast and everything is clean. The restrooms are clean, tables are wiped down, and the drinks and food are great. I got the hot cocoa last time I was here and it was pretty good. The place was small but it was great. The photo shown is a different drink though. This place is good.“
“Solid service from a nice, friendly staff. Great drinks. No complaints here.The lobby has a nice open atmosphere unlike any other location in the valley. It closes at 9pm, an hour before the drive thru closes.This location accepts online orders.

“I work the night shift, and I routinely get coffee. And I just wanna say... no matter how late I am to work, I'm getting my coffee. Their service on the drive-through is amazing ? They can get me in and out in less than 5 mins. Like.... other Starbucks get on their level plz! And the drinks are always amazing! Especially, since they can still serve the Iced Oatmilk Lavender Latte... I hope I don't reveal my identity ?“
