I forgot the special names of the drinks that we got, but I had a banana latte and it was so good! I got the biscoff latte for my wife and a strawberry refresher for my son.

“Lil' East is the best! Great coffee and matcha! Love the mocha and cereal milk matcha. The syrups/sauces are made in house. Not a monin bottle in sight so you know you're in good hands. They sell products from other small businesses. Lots of plants and simple stools to sit on to enjoy your coffee. Support small businesses! 👏 This is one of the good ones.“

“Went there for the first time with three friends on a Saturday at noon. Sure, finding parking was a bit rough, but with people leaving with to go orders we found a great spot pretty quickly. Even though there was a line, it moved so fast & with so many great & friendly employees, ordering went very quickly. We found a table on the patio & the employees there were also very friendly & helpful. Food was delivered to us, exceptional, especially the potato balls. Sandwich on a croissant also delicious!!! Took a chocolate croissant home & thet was also so yummy!!! I can't wait to go back again & again. Thank you for such a great experience!!!!“

“This cheesecake did NOT reach any further than the parking lot. It did not SURVIVE the trip to my house. Best cheesecake I've ever had hands down. The banana pudding cheesecake was absolutely delicious. Once I started eating, I couldn't stop. That thing was gone in about 10 minutes and I enjoyed every bite. “Went late one evening right before closing and needed a pick me up and got an iced cafe de olla latte. It was delicious. I was there for about 10 minutes talking with the barista and she was so nice and knowledgeable about their business. Let me try some of the cream soda which is A+ made in house child nostalgia. Need to bring my mom back there with me.“

“Plenty of places to sit inside. I don’t think I’ve been there and had to wait more than 5 minutes. The ladies are always nice. The French toast and menudo are worth the visit. They have a couple tvs and coffee comes around often enough or you just ask. They have flavored creamer for your coffee which is a plus. This is a regular when I’m in the area.“

“the coffee at this place is AMAZING you can tell they really care to make your drink well and aren’t using the basic syrups you can buy at the grocery store that every cafe seems to use these days. Although this place is TINY so not really a spot to expect to find a lot of seating if at all, the coffee is to die for. the organic milks and ingredients are delicious. i came here before a hot yoga class and was NOT disappointed. i’ll be coming back more often.“

“Ok, this place is amazing…they do stuff other cafes don’t, like put coffee ice cubes in your drink so it doesn’t get watered down. They also have amazing drink items and food items that are literally all on-point. Try their phat cookies too which are so underpriced it’s redic - the plug got nothing on these… the owner is always experimenting too and totally open to feedback, true Whittier community member and spot!“

“Saw this place on social media and was in the area so decided to stop by. There was a long line but the wait time wasn't too bad. We got three drinks with a design. The matcha drinks were good. Also got a cold brew with sweet cream but the flavor was kind of simple and bland. The ambiance was nice but the time we were there it was just a bit chaotic because of how busy it was. It had nothing to do with the staff, they were all welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting this location. The drinks with the design are unique and fun to have.“

“I eat breakfast once a week on average. The staff is great, always pleasant, great customer service. The food is good, I always order the one 12 breakfast. Can sub potatoes for a salad if wanted. Only one complaint having to do with restaurant next door. While trying to enjoy my breakfast outdoors, next door is being mopped with Fabuloso cleaner. Totally ruined my breakfast. On another occasion I sat close to that area and a plastic dumpster with trash was being wheeled by me. Not the greatest atmosphere unfortunately.“

“Service here is always fast. If you are planning on getting a drink and pastry and tip, you're looking to spend between $15-$20. I've tried multiple of their drinks and they were always yummy. Not too much on the sweet side. I come here when I want to treat myself. I recommend coming around 9am.
