“The staff was really rude, it was a guy in the back just ignoring the fact I had just got there to order... and didn't even greet or anything just stared and continued to do whatever he was doing.. wait for about 20mins before leaving.. I even had eye contact with him😒😒“

“First time here, I was craving a torta and what do you know this place is called Cravings 🤔 😅 🙃
Went for the torta de milanesa, call me picky but if your torta de milanesa is not on point then the rest of the tortas are probably not good either 🤷‍♂ Long story short, bread was soft, toasted and that is already a win for me. Ingredients were fresh, avocado was creamy, he gave me a sauce that was Chipotle based gave it a nice touch of flavor. Got the combo and it was fulfilling 👍 definitely coming back and trying a different torta and probably get a flan next time 😋“

“Lee’s cafe is a Taiwanese-style cafe with a hint of Hong Kong sparkle, serving the perfect mix of Taiwanese and Hong Kong food. The toast is absolutely marvelous, and I truly believe it is worth every penny. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other dishes. The sesame cold noodles were good, but missing something—I felt they didn’t quite hit the mark. The wontons were delicious, but the braised pork belly rice was your typical run-of-the-mill rice. Nothing terribly special, but delicious nonetheless. The HK milk tea, however, leaned very watery and missed the signature strong tea taste of a HK milk tea.
Also, their bathroom sink was broken and put as a “use at your own risk”. Hopefully they have fixed this since my visit!
Yet, through all this, I would still return to Liu’s kitchen—for their toast!“

“Open Market catered a wedding reception I was coordinating in October, and they were wonderful. Their restaurant is one of the bride's favorites, and they were great. The food is delicious, and I'm working on getting my husband over there soon. They couldn't have been more accommodating and flexible during the planning, and they were straight pros at the reception. As a planner, I love caterers that are easy to work with and easy for my couple's to work with, and it was a great experience for everyone.

“From the time we parked the car to the time we left we were treated with a kindness and respect rarely seen nowadays. My wife had there famous chiliquiles and I had the carnitas omelette. The food was amazing and the service was great. It was my first time here and won't be the last. Try it out not just for the great cause but for the great food.“

“Miss the old Portos. They had way more options including my Coconut macarons which they no longer have. Also with how busy it gets it's so crowded and overwhelming inside. Everything was still good but miss the extended baked goods. And parking is still bad... “I came at 5:30pm on a Sunday and it wasn't very crowded which allowed me to easily get a seat. The atmosphere is the typical cafe vibe with k-r&b and lofi in the background and natural lighting, and the decor theme is cozy pastel blue + chrome. I tried this place because of the ATEEZ drink collab event and ordered the Mushroom Cream Baguette Sandwich, Spinach and Feta Pocket, and the Sweet Mamacita drink. They were all delicious, especially the Spinach and Feta Pocket which was very crispy! I wish I could buy more of these if the prices weren't as steep, but I understand that these may be typical L.A. prices. They were also filling, considering the decently small portion sizes, as I managed to get through the Spinach and Feta Pocket and my drink before I was full. I would recommend all of these items and dining in besides doing takeout like I did. It's overall a nice study spot with great snacks, and I'd come all the way out here just to try more items or just get the same ones I ordered!“

“A little over 3 years ago, Fleur Cafe opened, and has been a fine success as a small, one-of family restaurant with excellent service and great food at reasonable prices. Now they have expanded their kitchen, and finally introduced an expanded menu with wonderful new dishes added to the popular favorites! I personally enjoy the outdoor dining option, but they have also got a nice little dining room. Prices have gone up a bit, but it is still a very reasonable breakfast, brnch and lunch choice.“

Although this place is TINY so not really a spot to expect to find a lot of seating if at all, the coffee is to die for. the organic milks and ingredients are delicious. i came here before a hot yoga class and was NOT disappointed. i’ll be coming back more often.“

“Went late one evening right before closing and needed a pick me up and got an iced cafe de olla latte. It was delicious. I was there for about 10 minutes talking with the barista and she was so nice and knowledgeable about their business. Let me try some of the cream soda which is A+ made in house child nostalgia.
