“We were very pleased with the service. We attended several catered events, this was a first at "The Kitchen". Waiter was very knowledge. Asked him several question about the menu. He was extremely polite. I asked if the salmon is wild or farmed? He asked the chef and suggested the Halibut. It was cooked to perfection. The presentation was amazing, and food was even better. The outdoor dining is plus for Families with small children. The Grounds and landscape are just amazing. Great atmosphere!!! We enjoyed the whole experience.“

“We love this place. It has been a family favorite my whole life. A few changes we aren't thrilled with, basically the same as everywhere else. If it help keep them from closing, the it's worth it. If not, I hope they go back. Basically it's just the higher prices and changes in products. We used to get the poppy bread and a cracker basket at the beginning from the restaurant, now you have to buy them. Also the price of the toppers for the soup vs. The size of the items. It's a teeny tiny little cup of ham etc.. but still a bit expensive for what you get.
OTHER than that, we absolutely love this place. We have so many memories here. Our grandparents are at the veterans cemetery nearby.
We went here with them while they were here, and still visit them now and eat here often.

I'm so happy that the gift shop is back!“
