19 Best Salad Restaurants near Santa Paula

“Am from SoCal, very familiar with Roundtable and have enjoyed there pizza, salad bar and stores for Decades actually. Toppers is best in Land, IMO, but when in Fillmore not so convenient, so went to this Roundtable in Santa Paula.
Pretty classic, space is a bit dated and narrow, could really use updating. No matter, I had my usual Double Pepperoni, Bell Pepper and Mushroom, individual size. It was Excellent, about perfect, plenty of toppings, right amount of sauce, great dough and cooked perfect, really enjoyed it. Son and daughter-in-law had a medium Pepperoni, was OK, but not as great as mine. They both had a Draft Beer and were fine with choices and the beer. I had fountain Soda which was great, machine mixed it right.
Store does have a few different areas to sit, including good sized front area, a semi private area in back and then long strip of booths on side wall.
Staff was light and so pick up of tables was slow, tables left with remnants for a while. Young man who took and delivered order was nice and clearly trying to do everything he could.
I love Pizza, mine was very good, I will go back when area.

“Food is excellent - pricey but well worth the money. Overall service also excellent as you’d expect from a fine dining restaurant. Servers very attentive and courses are perfectly paced. We loved that it was fine dining but provided both an elegant atmosphere indoors and a more casual atmosphere out on the patio. The bruschetta and fried calamari appetizers were fantastic. So was the Chicken Marssla w/mash and Grilled Salmon w/risotto. But the Grilled Rack of Lamb w/mash and the Chilean Bass w/risotto were just unbelievable!! We will definitely go back!“

“This Oxnard - Collection location is AMAZING!!! They are so attentive to customers. They make sure the customer is taken care of, the kids are served fast, the food comes out fast and hot. You feel the love for customer service here. WILL IS AN AMAZING WAITER. He is extremely friendly, extremely helpful and goes out of his way. I highly recommend this location for the best customer service.“

“Olive Garden is always a nice place to eat at but it’s even nicer during the holidays. The garlic bread never disappoints and the chicken Alfredo is always my go to! Every server experience is different but this particular waitress named Desiree did such an outstanding job and took very good care of me and my family that I thought she deserved more than just a big tip but also a great review. She was very knowledgeable of the food & drinks menu and answered every single question that my mother-in-law threw at her. She was very attentive and on top of things even when it got busy for her because she had to multi-task and juggle different tables. One of her tables was actually being pretty rude and giving her a hard time all night but she handled it with such grace and patience. I don’t know how she did it but she managed to stay positive and smiling the whole time. It definitely didn’t affect her performance with the rest of her tables including us. She for sure deserves a raise or Christmas bonus after that.“

“4 of us came here for lunch to celebrate our coworker's birthday. Surprised to find we were the only ones there. Most of us opted for 3 item combo - the soup was ok, tofu tasted a bit weird, salad was good, the sushi I got were delicious and filling, the tempura was tasty too albeit greasy. Service was minimal and we were the only ones there, we had to ring the bell a couple of times for service. The place itself is outdated and could use some sprucing up. The table felt sticky and bench didn't have much support for the backside“

“We stopped by The Habit for a quick lunch, and overall it was a good experience for a fast-casual spot. The food came out fresh and warm, and everything we ordered tasted as expected.

What we ordered:
Santa Barbara Char: Fresh toppings, creamy avocado, and a nice toasted bun. It had good flavor without feeling heavy.
Double Char Cheeseburger: A classic Habit burger. Simple, flavorful, and reliable. The bun was soft and fresh, which I really liked.
Crispy Chicken Bites: These were actually the highlight. Juicy inside, crispy outside, and cooked well without being oily.
French Fries: Standard fast-food style, but crispy and hot.

Service & Environment:
Ordering was easy and fast.
Parking was convenient and close to the entrance.
The only downside was the inside seating area, it looked a bit small and crowded, so we preferred to sit outside, which actually worked out great. In any case, for a fast-food spot and a quick meal on the road, it was good and perfectly acceptable. I wasn’t expecting anything more than that.
The restroom/amenities were not clean, which was disappointing.There were paper towels and toilet paper on the floor, next to the toilet, and even around the sink. It would be much better if they cleaned it more frequently, especially since it’s the only restroom available.

Even with those issues, the overall food quality was good, and it worked perfectly for a quick lunch stop during the day. If you’re looking for something fast, simple, and consistent, this location does the job well.“

“We had a large catering order of 50 orders, and everything was ready and organized when we arrived! As I was checking the orders, I thought we may be short one spicy chicken sandwich, and I let the employee know. She got one for me right away, and I found out when setting up for the event that I had miscounted. The food was great, and the portions for the large salads and fruits trays were generously portioned, we had plenty of extra! I ordered for our staff training, I’d never yet eaten Chick-fil-A and ate the grilled chicken sandwich, it was delicious! Thank you, Chick-fil-A!“

“I'm not sure why so many have written awful reviews of this Chick-fil-A. The food here is just as good as other nearby locations, and the staff were quite friendly. The only downside for me (maybe not for everyone) is that all seating is outdoors. Not a big deal at all if you're ordering takeout. Thumbs up from this reviewer.“
