“I always stop here on my way to and from a weekend trip to Julian. I am NEVER disappointed. The service is top notch, even during a crowded Saturday morning breakfast rush. The food is always super fresh, delicious and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere feels fancy and yet at the same time is comfy casual, it would be hard to feel either under or overdressed here, how do that do that? My favorite appetizer is the blackberry shrimp, I could eat these forever. Tomato basil soup is divine, especially if you pair it with the grown up grilled cheese on a wintery day. The crack Chicken tacos make a great lunch, especially if you like buffalo wings. And the steaks, well they make me a bit speechless....don't make me talk because I want to just eat this tender morsel!! The breakfasts are cowboy big and super fresh. Maybe the chickens are in the back somewhere and have been trained to lay eggs on command, I don't know. If you don't live in the area, (like me) Farmhouse 78 is worth the drive, trust me.“

That is not even the best part, the venue Event Cordinator Samantha is awesome she so positive, and she is always making sure her Bride, staff and Vendors are well taken care of!!! Top notch service that makes people feel a part of a team and that moral goes a long way in this industry and the clients "Bride" reaps the reward! I can not express enough how important that is! Most assured the Bride is well taken care of and in good hands at Milagro Winery! Great staff and one of the most romantic Wedding Venues in San Diego County, you can't beat it! I am grateful to have got the privilege to worth with Samantha at Milagro Winery and capture incredibly stunning images for the Bride and Groom and their family August of 2024! I recommend Milago to any future Bride looking for a romantic and beautiful Winery in Southern California for her Wedding!“

“Great experience at VGJ. It was a beautiful days, the wines were delicious, I think his name was Jacque(?) (the husband) was so kind and I loved hearing his stories, and we got to play with "Bad dog #3" who is the prettiest lady ever.
Wines wise, this is a gem winery with great wines at affordable prices.

“Great wine and an awesome place to get an up close and personal with the wine making process. On our first visit, Paul gave is a great tour of the winery and his wine making process, followed by a great tasting of his current wines. Paul has a tremendous knowledge and an obvious passion for wine making that really shows the minute you meet him. Highly recommend this intimate winery experience.“
