“We drove by here and my husband made his mind to try this pizza. It was a popular spot! We came at memorial Monday, about 4pm. It was packed at their patio. You order food from their counter and get a number. They will bring your foods to you. We had a Greek Pizza, it was delicious but a little bit bland. I asked for balsamic vinegar and the waitress brought me balsamic vinegar dressing, I dipped the pizza with the dressing, and it was amazing!! Highly recommend to have a balsamic vinegar dressing to go with the Greek pizza. We also ordered a southwest salad, it was pretty good, I also like their chipotle dressing, very well made.“
“Pass by often, today was the day to stop and partake.Jalapeño Gold Lauger, oh my that was incredible!Great to see the selection isn't overrun by IPA's. Makes it far easier to come back and enjoy an actual selection. Looking forward to it!“

“We ordered the BBQ pizza to go! We have been going to Julian for over 30 years and this is by far the best pizza we have ever had anywhere. I heated a couple of pieces up on the campfire and it was great. I can't wait to have another! ??“

“Outstanding authentic Mexican food & excellent cocktails. Shrimp ceviche was some of the best I've had. Spicy hibiscus margarita was the highlight. House margarita was excellent too. Don't miss this place when in Julian. It's right in town, but up a side street by the Julian Gold Rush hotel.“

“A little breakfast before heading home. Their Apple Dumpling, or Apple Bomb, has a whole Apple wrapped in flaky, buttery pastry shaped like an apple; their recipe calls for more cinnamon and caramel. It was delightfully paired with a cup of hot coffee. I prefer Cinnabon, but Mom's cinnamon rolls weren't bad either. The dough was very fluffy.“
“Made another visit this weekend while we stayed overnight in Julian. Couldn’t decide between their delicious Sangria or their new Pinot Noir. Went with the Pinot and was not disappointed. Light for a Pinot but loved it. A nice light summer drinking red. Always a pleasant visit at the Blue Door.“
“Spent the weekend at a rb&b above a Mexican restaurant. It was very cozy had a kitchen 2 bedroom 2 pull out sofa beds. Fireplace, ac, heaters, lots of blankets baby fold away crib. Big bbq grill on the terrace. Lots of little shops around. Loved it. With one minor exception the TV did not want to work so we couldn't watch it. Probably their internet.“

“Food and atmosphere are nice!Service: on the menu has a 20% charge of service. But the waiter, a man in tattoos, said he won't include it for charge, and we added a tip in gratitude. At the same time, the receipt is not brought immediately, even after I clicked print on the portable POS terminal. At the exit, we asked for a receipt, they gave it to us and we left. After checking the receipt on the way back, we found that 20% was charged from us. Therefore, if you have many children like us and are financially tight, do not be naive!Would be a 5 stars, but those guy screwed up!“

“Julian has some of the best food out there, very underrated in my opinion. After years of eyeing Jeremy’s, my partner and I decided to give it a try. Immediately we could tell we were in good hands, every staff member was quite friendly and helpful. Upon seeing the menu, we already were impressed with the variety of options. No matter what the budget, patrons can find delicious and high quality options. It took a while to decide because everything sounded so good. My husband got a whiskey with bitters, I got a glass of chardonnay; my husband was even asked if the bitters were to his liking. I cannot stress enough how attentive our server was. As an appetizer, we opted for the truffle garlic fries; OMG amazing and very unique. For dinner, I got the chicken schnitzel and my husband got the rib eye; we both were wowed. Food was so good we ate until we were stuffed and had no room for dessert. Needless to say it was an excellent choice to come here.“

“We treated ourselves to a resort. The San Vincente Golf Course for some fanciness and beauty. Food is around $20 per person not including drinks but as I said, it's a treat! Chinese Chicken Salad was excellent. Fish Tacos are good and the calamari was ok.“
