Therefore, the drive-through line can get long but the more, the merrier! Good to see fellow humans partaking in fast food at odd hours, perhaps after a night shift or a night out?The interior has been revamped a couple years back and the seating layout is more comfortable. There are outdoor tables too for smokers. They installed self-order kiosks and a display that shows which order they are working on and which is ready. I wish they splurged on mirrors in the bathroom though; one might get lettuce stuck in their teeth.The workers are very nice on average but of course you might meet some burnt out employees on occasion. The curbside pickup has always been smooth for me.On the customer side, there are some crazies here and Prospect high students.“
“Yesterday, after doing our grocery shopping at safeway we decided to get sandwiches at Togos. Since it was over 90degrees and I am pregnant with twins I didn't feel like cooking. As we were approaching the door the women working behind the counter was locking the door. I asked her if we could come in if they were open. She said we close at 7pm. I looked at my watch and it was 6:57pm. So I said so we can't come in you are closed? The woman asked if we were going to place an order to watch i said yes. She said ok and opened the door. I was shocked. We placed our order and had some casual conversation with the woman while she was making our sandwiches. What a nice lady! Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was efficient and made each of our four sandwiches perfectly with a smile! I was very impressed due to the fact she stayed way past 7 to accommodate us and she didn't make any mistakes AND she did this all with smile ( I think as we were all wearing masks). The good isn't superior but its edible and when in a pinch or just being lazy and pregnant or when the weather is so hot its nice to have a sandwich! Thanks for the wonderful customer service!!!“

Although they had ALL the stuff to put on a burger you could think of in a salad bar type setting so you could add what and how much of what you wanted to your burger we added nothing and it was the best tasting burger in the bay area. Everything on the line looked fresh and well stocked up, you can tell they care about providing good quality chines food. I got Chow Mein and Orange Chicken. My boyfriend got Chow Mein, Orange Chicken and House Chicken. We also got chili oil on the side. I love that they use the fat noodles for their Chow Mein, they don't use a lot of cabbage which I liked. The Chow Mein was really good. I cant wait to try their fried rice next. Their Orange chicken was delicious. Way better then Panda Express. I was stubborn and didn't listen to my bf when he told me to get the House Chicken as well... gezzz did I regret that later on once I tried some of his. The House Chicken is a must!! Its Savory ,Sweet and Smokey. If you want add a bit of chili oil to give it a kick. Be careful my Bf said their chili was spicy so little goes a long way. They are generous with their portioning. Extremely consistent food and service here for sure. Overall a good value i feel with the prices of fast food like TB or BK now being 12 bucks on average. Lunch specials vary in prices per day which is cool with me. I usually get burgers or the patty melt which is hella good too. Indoor and outdoor seating as well, the restroom is out back FYI too. And I mean a short amount of time, I typically order a salad and tenders for me and a friend and it takes maybe 7ish minutes for the order to be ready. This place is easily my favorite chain. “For those not familiar with this location, I just wanted to give a heads up and say a couple things. First, they do not have a fountain drink machine open to the customers. The employees will fill & give you your drink when your order is ready. Also, if you're dining at the restaurant, they are no longer allowing refills for drinks (I'm not sure if/ when this will end). On the plus side, they do allow for you to use more than one coupon at a time (I've only used 2 at one time, so I can't say for sure that they allow more than that per customer). Hope this helps :)“
