“If you want delicious pizza, friendly customer service & a chill environment: come here! I was greeted immediately and asked if I had any questions. I ordered what I wanted & said it was my first time and I was given a free huge cookie! It was home made chocolate chip with salt. So, so good. The rice crispy treats are good and if you’re a ranch person, their ranch is the best! I’m normally not a pizza fan but this place had me come back and order more for lunch tomorrow!“

“We LOVE Sal’s. Excellent pizza and calzones. My daughter and I walk often and always grab two slices for the rest of the way home. Pure deliciousness! The staff and owner are wonderful, courteous, caring people. If you are going to get pizza in Cotati or Rohnert Park this is the place to go! New York style, thin but the crust stays the right amount of crispy and the end crust is a delightful perfect finish!“

“This was our first time at this location, and it was very good. We went at 10:45 pm, so it wasn't busy at all. Our waitress, I believe her name was Tammy, was very nice. We got the Spicy rigatoni with Vodka sauce and the Sicilian style pizza Colombo. The noodles were very good with just a small kick of heat. The pizza was huge, like 12 slices, similar to fluffy Detroit-style. with crunchy edges. Tammy said it was big, but we thought it would be half that size. It did heat up nicely in the oven for leftovers. 2 slices would be pretty filling for many people. Overall, we were happy with our meal. The only negative is that you can smell the smoke from the casino a little bit in the restaurant, oh, and if you're someone who is cold, bring a sweatshirt as they keep the casino and restaurant on the cooler side.“

“I called in a pizza to pick up. First time getting a pizza here. They were so helpful and nice on the phone. I wasn't sure what to get. Asked if they have stuffed crust, THEY DO! I got an all-meat stuffed crust and it was ready so fast but cooked perfectly. The girl got my pizza and was super nice and friendly too. The restaurant was nice and clean, everything looked shiny and welcoming. The pizza was so good, lots of toppings, soft melty cheese and they gave me lots of parm and peppers, so I was a happy girl! Even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow, so much pizza!! Yum“

“The restaurant was a delight from the moment we walked through the door, it felt like we were in a pizzeria in Italy. The charming owner Ray was part of the amazing experience. We were only sat for a few minutes when he brought my daughter and some wine. The pizzas were out of this world. We had one with sausage and pepperoni and the other was devine was vegetarian with truffle oil, it was phenomenal. Everything about this restaurant was superb. The staff were great even though we had a grouchy 11 year old with us. The pizza even turned her frown upside down. If you happen to be in Santa Rosa and you want a slice of heaven I mean pizza, this is the place for you.“

“We've been patronizing this place for a few years now and have been very satisfied (mostly to-go orders), but my last visit compelled me to share this positive experience. I came to dine in for lunch with my daughter for the lunch buffet (which is a great deal btw!). The salad bar is missing a few items seen at other salad bars, but makes up for it by being fresh. I would have liked to see some small protein options (like chicken, eggs, ham, etc) and maybe a small thing of alternative greens. The staff was exceptionally accomodating, more so than I would have ever expected from a small franchise. Regretfully, I cannot recall the name of the kind host, but you know who you are. After ordering, they offered to make a portion of the next pizza for the buffet cheese. I said it wasn't necessary, I can just eat the toppings off that she wouldn't. They did anyways. She loved it. The soda machine had to be turned off for a few minutes for maintenance, and the staff went around to each table to make them aware that if they wanted a drink, to please let him know and he will provide a canned alternative. We were even checked in on to make sure everything was good...at the lunch buffet. Establishments like this that employ kind and attentive staff such as here make me happy to spend money eating out and make me a sucker for repeat visits...especially for that lunch buffet.“

“This is mine and my boyfriend’s favorite place to eat! The food is not only delicious but the people who work there are just so absolutely wonderful! The service is impeccable. (We very much enjoy seeing the staff when we go… and if you are seeing this we love you guys!!!) We try and go at least every other week, and when we bring someone new it becomes their new obsession too. We are considering reaching out to see if we can host an event or have them cater our engagement party. I just want to share this place with the world it’s so fabulous in every way possible. “This is the best Mountain Mikes location!Been coming here since I was about 8 years old, and the staff has changed but the food is still amazing. They even have kept the gaming room section.The last time I came in, I ordered a half Snowy Alps and half cheese and extra pineapple.It was a busy night, but I got my pizza promptly. After getting in my car I opened to sneak a slice, and it didn’t have extra pineapple, it had pineapple and pepperoni. I called immediately and the staff was AMAZING! I can’t stress that enough. Not only did she remake the entire pizza, while I waited she told me to just keep the second one, then the owner came out and apologized, handed me a free soda and 2 more large ranches. I was really taken back by the level of amazing customer service they provided. And the pizza was delicious! So perfect, this place is hard to beat!!Thanks again guys for making my night and correcting the item!! ♥️?

“The pizza at this location is consistently good, and I’ve been coming here for years. The toppings are always fresh, and my order is always made correctly. In the past, I had some issues with who I believe is the manager being a bit cold and occasionally rude over the phone, but that hasn’t been a problem in the last couple of years. The teenagers working there are always professional and welcoming, greeting customers as they walk in.“

“Our pizza was 'hot-n-fresh," as they had no other pizzas ready to go. The lady at the register had a serious attitude problem and was non sympathetic to our questions and overall situation. Kinda put a damper on our day. And willingness to go back to little Ceasars. Hence the 2 stars.

Parking: Huge lot, never a problem finding a spot.

“Our team celebrated in the private rooms which holds 80 people. We preordered 9 pizzas and drinks and thanks to a special, we even got garlic twists. Yum!!! We arrived early and they were able to get all of our food out early and everything was delicious and correct. The manager answered the phone!!!!! She was amazing to work with and far exceeded our requests. This is the place to gather and celebrate. You will not find a better deal for $250. Thank you for everything!!! We will be back again and again.

The veggie pizza that I customized was sensational and especially love the crust. However, the Mediterranean salad fell short. I’m not sure why it’s called Mediterranean, as it was just iceberg lettuce with some black olives“

“I just ordered online for delivery I was surprised to see that option I was excited and proceeded with Little Caesars preferred option for delivery I made a mistake in the apartment number following my emails prompted me to call the store where they told me they didn't deliver I prepaid tip and everything to the wrong hotel room but somehow before I could cancel the food arrived hot and faster than I could ever believe the person that answered the phone was kind even though I was not and got me the store manager who was obviously busy and equally as kind to me.
