“Great place to read, work, have a coffee and or pastry. They have a great espresso machine and a lot of options ranging from cakes to macaroons to cookies and chocolates. There is a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, very stylish and comfortable, good coffee and friendly service.“

“I have been going to Porto's since the 1980's..the one in Glendale. How elated I was with having them being in Northridge where I live. The food is terrific and the lines go fast due to a tremendous quick system they have. The catering for parties has never let us down and people you have invited that never have experienced Portos are thrilled. The cakes are delicious. What I do miss is not having the individual cake slices for purchase so you can experience the taste. They only have the neapolitan, Parisian, and carrot for slices. I've seen the menu change over time and do miss some of the items.“

“The best cakes in the Valley. We always order from here even if it's just to have a simple cake for a get together or a big birthday.
Order ahead and get both strawberries and bananas in the cake.
Haven't tried their other pastries which I'm sure is a fail on my part. But usually it's a pickup and go for me.“

“Everything I ever had from Vienna Pastry is beyond delicious. The staff is wonderful. My favorite cookie in the entire world is made by this fabulous bakery. I live in PA and I never make a trip to CA without several stops at Vienna Pastry. The owner, Jaleh Rahban, is one of the kindest ladies I have ever met. I recommend this shop to everyone. “Friendly and very patient staff (there are so many flavors to choose from, it takes a moment) and the ice cream is of superb quality. My favorite flavors are The Tonight Dough and Milk and Cookies. I wish there were more places to sit, however.“
