“I'm so glad my girlfriend took me here! Very unsuspecting place, but I liked every bite I had! She wasn't quite satisfied with the skewers, but it being my first time, the only thing I could compare it to were most of the Chinese skewer places in the SGV that all have Uighur-inspired seasonings and no variety and are much smaller compared to this place, so I couldn't complain about this place at all! I thought it was already a step above what I'm used to already! Their green tea milk tea was a little weak on the green tea part compared to the milk, but otherwise, not bad!”

“I've tried most of the Thai places around Long Beach and surrounding areas, most of them look at me crazy when I ask for peanut sauce or just offer crushed peanuts. This place not only has it, but they serve it hot like it's supposed to be!! It's different than other places, in a good way. They use a red sauce infused into the dish, and you can tell it's definitely on another level, not your average pad thai... this is the real deal . 😎”

“Great little place with delicious food. A wide variety to please everyone in the family. I tried their sandwiches, club ans pastrami both delicious. We've tried ther breakfast burritos and it is delicious. We tried their Koren menu and everyone else was happy with their choice. Prices are very reasonable! Overall they are very friendly, something you might not experience everywhere you go.”

Omakase was perfect & very fairly priced. Fish quality was over the top orgasmic good.

We also had the baby octopus salad photo attached that was absolutely fantastic tender and extremely tasty.

“just ordered food from China Gourmet in Signal Hill, Ca.. upon entering the restaurant a young man greeted me with a hello. He was pleasent and welcoming. He took my order of mushroom chicken, mixed vegetables and rice with a two order combo. I had BBQ pork, half and half and jalapeño chicken, with two drinks. Returned home and started to dive in! WOW IT WAS AMAZING! The pork was cooked just right, the chicken was extremely delicious and chow mein was actual chow mein and not Top Ramen noodles substitute. my friend who ordered the mushroom chicken and vegetables couldn't stop eating. I've been to numerous fast Chinese food places and none of them have been as good as this place with the quality of food and the amount given. the price was moderate in today's society of price gouging it was $27 and well worth it. if you enjoy Chinese food and really want to get a bang for your buck as well as and enjoyment of flavors in your mouth go to China Gourmet!”

Both were great! Grinder was an absolute unit. Could have fed 2 people.
Only about $20 for both subs. Surprised this place wasn't busier when I got there. Any time I'm in Long Beach, I'll be back!”

“We chose to have Rossmoor Pastries make our wedding cake and it was the perfect choice! At the cake tasting, the staff were so kind, helpful, and easy to work with and the cake was just so delicious that it was an easy choice to pick them. Communicating our vision through email was easy and they were so accommodating after we changed our design a few times. The day of, when the cake was delivered, I was immediately impressed with how they brought our vision to life! Our guests complimented on how the blueberry filling was a yummy, unique choice. I would definitely recommend working with them!”
