“Positively delightful. The two gentlemen behind the counter were sweet, kind, and quick with a joke or humor. The galettes they have in stock are excellent, sourcing local ingredients. The avo toast is no different; changing from season to season. We got ours with the perfect seasoning and tons of tomatoes sourced right from the vine outside. It was incredible. We arrived and left with smiles on our faces, which perfectly sums our visit. Recommended; especially as a quick food stop between wine tastings.“

“A neighbor highly recommended the Red Grape for lunch, and it did not disappoint. Our waiter, Sunny, was fantastic and very attentive (my water glass never got less than half full). The special app, bruschetta, was amazing, as were the onion rings. I also really enjoyed the Glen Ellen pizza. The kids were happy with the pizza and grilled cheese, and it was very difficult for me to not eat all of their delicious potato wedges. And so, like my neighbor said, give The Red Grape a go next time you're in Sonoma, it won't disappoint! And added bonus: it's just off the main square so you can actually find a parking spot!“

“Just picked up dinner. Today, 4/22/25, pork picadillo stuffed poblano chili's, street corn salad with cotija tomatoes, romaine & creamy cilantro dressing.
OUTSTANDING! Delicious poblano chili flavor, quite mild.

“A perfectly charming lunch spot on the square in Sonoma! My wife and I shared the famous Fig & Arugula Salad (we always get this!) and a Cheese & Fruit plate. Both were delicious. The Rhône wine selections are a nice twist, as I was able to try a glass of Picpoul for the first time (a great alternative to the ubiquitous Sauvignon Blanc!), and finish off with the outstanding Pride Syrah.“

“The Sante' at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn was delightful. There doesn't seem to be a strict dress code so you may see very casual attire or you may see a more dressy attire. We like to go there on special occasions so we dress a little better to enjoy the experience. The waitstaff are casual but professional. The menu did not list the items I saw on their website, so I was a little disappointed but what I did order was delicious! The Branzino fish was great. My husband shared it with me as we had ordered the Charcuterie platter and it filled us up. We ordered a split bottle of wine at $30.00 and one martini at $21.00. “Wonderful delicious food..lovely peanut sauce, and a nice size container of it…the salmon and sea food yummy..deep in basil taste, love the small pieces of salmon… cooked perfectly, one never knows when just picking a resturant out blindly….but the Food Rocked as did price, freshness and the lovely owner …who made conversation wth my husband while awaiting our dinner…next time we eat there.“

“While visiting Sonoma from New Jersey in 2022 we stopped in Maya Mexican Restaurant for nachos and margaritas. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed it so much that in September 2023 it was a must stop to visit! It did not disappoint. We will return again!“

“Love Mary's. My grandson and I each had a meal that was new on the menu. Mine was the Fried Clams and his was the Chicken Picata. Both were outstanding. The batter on the clams was very light and crunchy. I also tasted his chicken and it was outstanding. Of course, we also had an order of the plain breadsticks. So happy I live in a town with two Mary's Pizza Shacks.“

“Sonoma Grille is an upscale but affordable restaurant with parking (a bonus in Sonoma). The wine list is reasonable and the menu is varied. If you are fortunate to be there on rack of lamb special day and like lamb, do order it! The restaurant has a full bar with a talented bartender. The patio is the place to be when the weather is warm.“

“We dined here on a late Sunday night, got lucky to be seated and served even after they closed. I ordered the lemon ricotta and spinach ravioli. The flavor was delicious, if only the mushroom were left from the equation (in my opinion of course) the combination while different and unique, was overwhelming and I felt the ravioli had enough going on and would have rated it 10/10 if not paired this way.
