“We celebrated our wedding reception here and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kenneth was so helpful and made the coordination a breeze. He even made the perfect custom Halloween menus for our event. Alex was our server, he has the best smile and made everyone feel tended to even though our group was about 25 people. The food was delicious and came out amazing. All my guests loved it! Thank you for making my wedding a success!“

“We went there last week and it was a great experience. We came in just in time because it wasn’t busy yet. We got the only table by the window and it made it special for our occasion. The drink I had ordered wasn’t available so they suggested another one which was ginger beer and I liked it! It was a refreshing drink. The charcuterie board was delicious too! Everything was amazing. My girl and I had a great time and the waitress gave us a complimentary drink with our dinner. Thank you. We will surely go back again!“

“Every time I go, spot in with the food. This is what I look for in a restaurant. Think out of the box menu with consistency every time I go with every item I order. I keep working down the menu to try everything. They obviously make their own sauce, the ranch, super bomb diggity. Fries, onion rings, salad all fresh and crisp. Mac and Gouda cheese bites, Yes! Chop cheese, you gotta have one of these! Mushroom cap “burger “ something you will crave, Parish pie, goodness wrapped up in one dish. Salmon fish & chips, fantastic. And I forgot to mention beer, beer, beer, they also have beer and mixed drinks. There is always specials on the screens. Last time I noticed something about tenderloin and bacon …… can’t wait to go back and find out!“

“Visiting SC from Michigan and came across Suda. Glad we did. Looked like it had a good vibe from the outside so we went in and sat at the bar where we had drinks. What fun! The bartender, Max, was slammed but never stopped smiling. We had fun watching him and talking with him. He knows his drinks! So much fun we came back for dinner another night. Max came over to our table to welcome us back! The drinks and food were really good! We’ll definitely be back next visit to SC. Hopefully, Max, will be there too!“

“Such a neat place! We really enjoyed this spot. Service and drinks! Their house drink menu is very unique and fun! Definitely recommend if you're visiting Santa Cruz! The entrance is around the back of motiv off pearl alley but if it's after 9:30p you'll need to go to motiv first to get stamped anyways.“

Has been my regular lunch spot for a while and decided to leave review after bartender recommended getting wings “Scotty style” which is mango, buff and ranch mixed over the dry rub. “The Thanksgiving buffet( 1230pm reservation) was beautifully executed. There was perfectly cooked prime rib, turkey and roast lamb. That in itself makes the dinner a win. There was a fish selection of poke, crab, oysters and shrimp and the sides were plentiful. One could choose breakfast items if so inclined. Desserts were good with a massive selection of choice. I lean to saying the carrot cake was one of the better I've ever had as it was not cloyingly sweet. The icing wasn't typical cream cheese but it was good. The staff was attentive. The entire hotel staff was pleasant. It's a hectic day for staff but they didn't show it. A relatively insignificant thing was the coffee was cold. I'm sure if I pointed it out it, a new pot would've arrived. I just switched to tea. If the price stays more or less on point, we may have found a new family tradition for 4. Congratulations to Chaminade.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Brad, Linda, and staff. They are wonderful to be around and everyone really cares about the food. There is something on the menu for the vast majority of eaters. The garden on site is walkable and absolutely gorgeous. For food: beef cheeks, fried chicken, and any pasta you care for. Wine: a broad selection of interesting bottles Non-alcoholic: lemonade 😋“
