“RUN to it. The Senorita bread is every bit worth of hype. It did not look like much from the outside perspective but honestly no perfect words to describe the texture, just yumm!!! we lucked out with fresh ones. It was hot, moist, chewy with a little bit of a sticky sweet glaze on the bottom. They are small and I could easily eat 5 to myself. Also lucked out with other discounted donuts/bitso’s because we came close to closing time… for that reason they did seem a little dry but I really liked the flavor of the maple twist.

“I have been going to this bakery for many years...about 30 years but not sure if it's the same family. They have always had delicious Mexican bread, pastries, and cakes...now they have added tamales (if you're lucky enough to get them). “I guess it’s been over a year since I last came in, according to the timetable that my barista today gave me since the new renovation. However, I don’t think so, it feels like I’ve just been there just a few months ago maybe a year ago if I really had to push it. Anyway, came in this afternoon and had super, super sweet customer service by my barista Jess. Who made a really good flat white. And super sweet conversation as well with Steve the manager and Nathan.
The new interior design is nice, but me personally I preferred and liked the old style. Just seemed more sweet, cozy and welcoming. I said it all the time, customer service to me is on the top of the list of what makes me return to a business. Let alone recommend them or write them good reviews. Today’s interaction with these three employees definitely made me want to return.
Now the Beverly Hills location is my literal neighborhood location, but I wouldn’t mind going out my way to come to this one. My primary reason for stopping by today was picking up a Too Good To Go. Never disappoints lol overall, I am extremely pleased with this location. Highly recommend them for a fantastic cup of coffee, a sweet treat. I know I’ll be back.“

“Had craving for ice cream one night, and came into this location. Ice cream was great, but I was very impressed with the service on how quick it and professional it was. I believe there was a gentleman there named Genesis (hopefully this is how you spell his name), he was on point. Very sharp, attentive to customers, and was quick to service my wife and I. By the way he approached and engaged with us, I thought he was the manager of the shop. Awesome customer service. Please extend our thanks to Genesis.“

“I usually enjoy coming to Cold Stone, but my recent experience was disappointing. The manager Sue seemed distracted while wearing AirPods on both ears and was rude during our interaction. Customer service makes a big difference, and I hope this location can improve communication and professionalism. She doesn’t greet customer or smiles. She had a face like she hates to work there I don’t understand how someone like that could be a manager.

My 6 year old boy dropped his ice cream by accident was crying we and asked to if they could replace the scoop out of courtesy sue the manager said no with an attitude and said you could call corporate if you want.

She shows no empathy and horrible customer service.

After my initial review, the owner personally reached out to apologize for my experience and took the time to listen to my concerns. They also mailed my family buy-one-get-one-free coupons as a gesture of goodwill, which I greatly appreciated.

While my original experience with customer service was disappointing, I want to recognize the owner's professionalism and commitment to making things right.

“Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)

The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”

“Customer service is great, they take their time into making your ice cream full! If you come between 4:30-6 pm and 7:30-9:30 pm expect it to be super busy! There’s free genuine bibles and sometimes they add more ice cream for your buck! If ordering a cake they have it ready right on the exact date and time, so don’t come early unless you called and rescheduled! The workers are young, some new and some first day so give grace as they may not know the whole menu yet.“

“Ordered a cake from here because wanted a custom cake. Anyone can foot bask in robins and get a more generic if they wanted. But I wanted superb custom cake and cold stones did not disappoint us. I ordered a 6 inch with devil cake, sweat cream icecream with pecans, fudge and chocolate truffles. The frosting was fluffy pink with chocolate truffles. Absolutely one of the best cakes ever had. My sister and friends for her birthday all said it was such an awesome cake. Thank you Cold Stines for the cake and the memories“
