“Nice rustic atmosphere and the rooms have a cabin/wilderness feel. Rooms are on the smaller side because it’s a renovated motel but it definitely feels like Tahoe and rustic scenery. Would stay here again!“

“We enjoyed Red Hut for a 'brunch' morning meal. Eggs, hash browns, pancakes, french toast all nice and refills for tea and coffee too. The service was attentive enough and the decor felt traditional and homely which we liked. The portions are large (as expected!) but we were given a box to takeaway our leftovers. Overall - simple fare done well.“

The staff was super accommodating, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay filled with so many memories! We will definitely be going back this summer.“

“This place has great local coffee, but more important is the vibe here. Chill inside with the locals or sit outside and tilt your head back to look at the mountains on 3 sides. Order from the coffe shop or get Mexican food from next door. Either way you’ll be happy and you’ll want to stop again.

Parking: If the parking in the front is full there is plenty in the back right.“

“SO CUTE - I love personal and locally owned coffee shops with their own atmosphere. This is a perfect stop for anyone wanting a cozy chill treat in Lake Tahoe • SPANISH FRIENDLY ?? • modern but mountain-y cafe vibes. Cashier was very friendly, and there is indoor and outdoor seating. They have menus on a big screen behind the register but paper menus you can read closer as well —

Parking: On the left hand side of the cafe there is a drive in that is not paved you can park right next to the little shop - otherwise there is free marked parking on the side of the road if you turn on the right hand corner“

“Best Bakery from the Nevada to South Lake Tahoe, and possibly all over Tahoe! Amazing family run bakery with quality savory and sweet treats! They also catered an amazing desert table this past weekend for a family event. My only complaint is the deserts were so good, they were completely gone by the end of the night and I wasn’t able to take any home. I guess my loss is everyone else’s gain.. next time I’m hiding some for myself.“
