“This is my favorite Starbucks. The ladies that work here are awesome. Recently however I orderd my regular..the Oatmilk tasted bad. I called, they replaced it. A week later. The same thing. I called, they replaced..the replacement was also sour. This is not happening at any other location and it concerns me. Please check your fridges or the dates on your products. Something is not right.“
“Danielle (hopefully that's the right spelling lol) is a great person! You can really sense her kindness through the way she handles customer service. The little notes and drawings on the drinks are always funny and sweet to see. It's just a nice reminder that there’s a real person with a big heart behind the counter, not just a machine. (Also to the associate who answered my call, sorry didn't get your name, but you're awesome too!).

“The staff here is absolutely amazing. We had a drunk driver crash into our home at 2:30 AM. We needed somewhere to sit to destress and find a hotel. The staff was so kind and made sure my kids and I were taken care of with food and drinks. I appreciate the kindness from the community. Thank you so much!!! 💕“
