We visited chaat bhawan today. The food was delicious as always. Additionally, our servers were very friendly and engaged our grandkids with humor and conversation. Particularly, Deepak, who established a report with kids and also served us with honor and dignity. Special shout out for Deepak.

Stopped by this Indian vegetarian/chaat bhavan in Sunnyvale on a Sunday evening. The place was fully packed, but we got seated right away.
We ordered papdi chaat and ragda patties. Both were freshly prepared and served quickly. The papdi chaat was fresh and crunchy, with thick, fresh yogurt and chutneys. The piping-hot aloo tikki with chickpeas in the ragda patties was also flavorful, filling, and satisfying.
