“High five to the manager! The store is located in a small strip mall. Parking is ample for the businesses in the strip mall but on a busy day, it could be tricky. The store is clean. I'll say that again, the store is clean. The manager and server were very polite, friendly, and helpful. I ordered a regular Italian. The sandwich was exceptional, it looked like it was made for a commercial. No empty bread in this sandwich, it was completely covered and coming out the edges. Credit for this I give to the manager for not being cheap and training his staff properly. My favorite sandwich shop closed so I will be stopping by here again for sure. If my experience changes, I will update my review!“

“My husband and I stopped by after seeing Eddie Izzard's Hamlet right down the street. I got the Damon Bruce and my husband got thr Hollywoo. Both were fantastic (though I tried both and think i picked best). The dirty sauce was surprisingly sweet, and the only complaint I have is that it was sweeter than I would have liked. Did not stop me from devouring the deliciousness, though. I will be back if I am in the area again.“

“The best when will you move to the east coast?I hate that I have to travel 2000 miles to get a good sandwich!“
“I don't understand the poor reviews, I routinely get the troublemaker and think it's one of the best pastrami sandwiches I've ever had outside of Katz in NY and Langers in LA. The pastrami is always super tender, plentiful, and very succulent. The ingredients and bread are always ultra fresh and perfect too. I've only had the French roll but find it to be completely perfect. I tried the same sandwich from Zonattos recently and didn't find it to be nearly as tasty.“

“This is my first time using this Subway location. I was impressed with the cleanliness store, the employee's positive attitude and politeness. Dianna was amazing, quick, efficient, greeted me with a smile, and was on point with all customer service criteria. I couldn't be more satisfied with her help. Thank you Dianna. It was the only store having two employees at once. Maybe that's the key to a successful business hiring the right staff and enough of them not to burn them to the ground.“

“I generally like this location, but I’ve had some frustrating experiences with consistency. My go-to order is the footlong nachos. The first time I came in, I was able to add whatever toppings I wanted,no issues. On my second visit, I was told I could only choose from a limited selection: tomatoes, jalapeños, meat, and onions. Thankfully, the staff member made an exception and let me add sweet peppers since I don’t like most of the default toppings.
However, on my third visit, things got more frustrating. I asked for an extra bag of chips, she forgot to include it until I reminded her after the nachos were heated. Then, when I asked for sweet peppers again (just like the last time), I was told I could only get what comes standard on nachos. This felt inconsistent and unfair. If I can customize a sandwich any way I like, why can’t I do the same with nachos?
I gave the customer service three stars because I believe customer satisfaction should come first, especially for returning customers. Honestly, it feels like some staff members treat people differently, and that kind of bias leaves a bad impression.“

“Nancy, a sandwich artist and/or manager (don't really know), she helped me with answering my question of whether I could use my coupon of 2 footlong subs for $12.99 on the #4 Supreme Meats, which a different subway location told me that #4 costs extra and coupon wouldn't work. She also continued to ask if I had a coupon for a free cookie since I was buying 1 cookie with my subs anyways. I didn't want to ask or bring it up as I had been told by that other different subway location that I couldn't stack 2 coupons or more. Nancy clarified it usually applies to 2 coupons of positive monetary value. So my free cookie coupon was acceptable at her location. Great service is all I've got to say.“

“This is one of the better Subway branches.
The vegetables are extra fresh.
The place is clean.
It's nice to get a sandwich and sit outside to eat around 11a or after 2p.
The lunch time crew can get big.“

“My family and I just recently went to Sourdough and had a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and very patient with our group. The restaurant itself was very clean. Tables were brand new with cool designs. The atmosphere was also very respectful and peaceful.
Food was also very exceptional for the price. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. The meat was very tender and overall very good. Others in our group that are vegetarian were also very pleased with their meals. The Caprese sandwich and the ttomato bisque with the side of bread were very popular. The cookies though shouldn't be overlooked. They were very soft and delicious. If you come here you have to give the cookies a try.“
