“Although I live in Turlock, I love love love Cavana‘s in Sutter Creek! This pub and grub has divine menus along with awesome presentations of food. I love the club sandwich and the garlic fries. The atmosphere is friendly and fun. You can meet people at other tables and formulate friendships. But back to the food, it is to die for!“

“I have been all over New England and around California in search of the best clam chowder. I have finally found it in our little gem spot in Sutter Creek, Hotel Sutter. The clams were fresh and perfect texture. Not a fishy taste at all. The nice chunky potatoes were perfectly cooked and perfectly porpotioned! Definitely a MUST try before the season is over.“

“I travel for business a lot and have eaten at many different places around the country. One of my go-to favorite lunch items is a Ruben sandwich. I saw it on the menu at Sinas and ordered it. Not kidding when I say this, it was one of the best Ruben sandwiches I have ever had. Hands down. Broccoli cheese soup .. Amazing. I told the woman in the kitchen that made it how great it was. We don't live in the area but have relatives that do and will definitely be stopping by Sinas when we visit. A strong 5 stars from us!“

“It might very well be a different experience when dining in there, but our experience for takeout yesterday was just terrible. When calling to place a takeout order, we were told takeout orders must be made in person at the restaurant. When at the restaurant we were asked why we did not call our order in on the phone. Clearly there is a problem with someone who answers the phone for the restaurant. it took quite some time for the food to be prepared, then when it was obvious that there was something missing from the order, staff insisted the order was complete. This resulted in all containers having to be removed from bags and opened to determine what was missed. After much apology, the person helping us recommended that we not frequent this business again, because it's just not good. I will say that aside from the very very bland steak and mashed potatoes, and the disappointing cheesecake dessert, the other foods that were ordered were good. It's very disheartening to frequent a local business and have one of its own employees recommend that we not return because the place is so bad.“
“After almost 2 years returned to the Leger for a date night with my wife. Now, the new owners and the Management and Chef are what this town has needed to revive this treasure of a hotel and restaurant. The chef is a culinary dreamer and achiever who seems to be on the path of culinary enlightenment at the Hotel. All courses were layered with a passion and love for food that the Leger has never seen before. I loved the old chefs but they were armature at best of home BBQ kings. Johnathan is a Chef that has the gift that 99% of chefs wish they had. I recommend setting a reservation for a private dinner for 2 and let them take the wheel to create an experience, not just some dinner. Last night was a full circle moment that could have gone horribly wrong, but, not one thing can be complained about nor changed. A perfect evening and there will be more to come.“

“I would recommend this Casino, but kinda like disappointed because I play alot, and i have a Diamond Plus players card and i won 2x with more or less 2K last December. Then January 2025 came and they take away all my perks including freeplays and gifts, plus the fact that regardless of any machines im playing im no longer winning not even the small bonuses.. Then i asked 2 customer representatives and they said “have you won big amounts lately?” And i said yes. And they said “oh maybe thats why!” And i said, wait, what? Are they tracking my game activities and have control of whoever they want to win? And they cant provide me answers. And my Dad has a Gold Players card and he still keeps all his perks. And the customer service i spoke with said, the upper management controls the policies.. And i said, is in it unfair if they do that? Because totally they removed all my perks? And she said, im sorry, i wish i could give you some answers to that.. This is very disappointing because they take away all my perks, my freeplays, my gifts, and it seems like they also have control with the machines when i use my card though i know these machines have Random Number Generators System but i think something is wrong..“

“Sat at the bar so got in quick. Lucky cause the restaurant is always packed. Blanchard Lucas was our server. He made our time there very enjoyable. We had the bar Caesar salad with Boquerones, Amazing. For dinner we had Ribs and Burger, Again Amazing. There is no rush to eat by the staff, food was served with great timing. So you can enjoy the company and your meal. There prices are up there but perfect for the food, staff and service. If you don't go you will miss a bucket list experience.“
“We had the Valentine's Day pre fixe menu and it was absolutely amazing! It was steak, lobster, Caesar salad, creamed spinach, potatoes, chocolate cake, and we added chocolate covered strawberries. I also had the signature cocktail for Valentine's Day only and I can't stress enough how good it was. I had to stop myself at one! The staff is absolutely wonderful and the food is always on point. “

“on 8-4-2025 my wife and i had lunch at your restaurant,i had the mo burger. something just did't taste right, for one the burger was cooked hard as a rock and my wife told me to send it back but i did't. i woke up today sick,and the only thing i ate was the mo burger. i do not want anything i just feel the prep on the food is not being watched, a rock hard burger on a small bun is not what you have served in the past. we eat there several times a month. arnold l ares 209-297-1442“

“This is our biweekly spot. Just about every time we go to town this is our favorite place. The ladies know us on the spot and are always so nice. Mom always orders the Turkey with extra cranberry. Dad likes to switch it up depending on the time we go. Never had anything bad.“

“First time there today and we were met by the owner. Great wines and she described all her wines and shared her story. It was so personal and NOT corporate sounding... We bought a glass to enjoy with our lunch and it was very difficult choosing which one we wanted!!! A must visit for sure!!!“
