I have ordered numerous times from this location. They got my order completely wrong! I went to call the number listed to speak with a manager and at least get credit for the gacumole that was not put into my burrito, but its not correct as shown on google. So I cant leave work to let them know so I guess I am out of luck, but very disappointed that my burrito was not make correctly and items I did not say to put in there was. Based on the reviews, Chipotle Mexican Grill offers good quality food at a reasonable price that actually tastes good, with very fresh ingredients and free range chicken. However, the price is considered crazy high, with a burrito, burrito bowl, and large chips with salsa costing just shy of $50. The large chips is a large handful of chips, not enough to go with the salsa. There is a big problem with online orders, as they are often incorrect, and some believe it is a way to skimp on portion sizes. The inaccuracy of online orders changes the whole flavor of the bowl. Some food has been cold, with a thick slice of cheese on the bowl and very salty pico. Based on comments, there seems to be a pattern at this location of dropping the ball.
