This is quite possibly the best bowl ive ever had. To the cooks yall seasoned everything perfect. To the man running the register I want to say... the elderly gentleman who was ahead of me was less than kind to you and you shook it off like a champ. I am beyond impressed today!“

“Really big tasty burgers but forget the fries unless you have a 1/2 hr or more to wait. If you wait you'll be happy cause they give you so many fries you can't finish them. 1/2 order can feed 2 or 3 people. Full order is for 3-4 hungry people. Adding help would be good.“

“watch the change they give they give back. my bf was shorted $30 (from a $50) n change. after telling the staff this discrepancy, the manger said he was being rude and turned and walked away without following through the problem. they could have counted the till and seen it was $30 over or looked at the security cameras. very unhappy with the service and management.“

“The drive thru service is always excellent in Jackson/Martell. The staff is so friendly and nice! They always get my order right! (Extra veggies on my burgers!) ;) I usually stop by late at night to grab something quick. I don't eat fast food a lot, but knowing I can rely on Jack in the Box for a custom burger is nice. I doblove tons of veggies on my burger, and their veggies are always fresh!

“The store is clean the employees are great the guy Collin really knows his stuff it’s not their fault the franchise suck’s definitely a place to stop if your hungry amazing customer service shoutout to the informative manager Collin! Always super helpful and respectful! I’ll definitely be back you gotta appreciate hard working fast food workers. They definitely don’t get paid enough for what they deal with!!!. I can deal with the bathroom being out of order since they explained some j*** broke the lock. That’s really on the owner to fix not the employees.. great local spot for some great conversation and customer service. The owner Jimmy is actually really nice if you ever meet him“
