“Overall this is a nice place to get a treat! I stopped in to check it out and the worker was very kind and let us try several samples.
The flavors we tried were good, but many of them were on the sweeter side. I usually like pairing something a little tart with a sweeter flavor to balance it out, which is why I asked if they could do a half-and-half scoop. Unfortunately, they mentioned that option is only available if you order two full scoops, which was more than I wanted.
It would be great if they offered the option to split a single scoop between two flavors for a small extra charge, like many other ice cream shops do.
In the end I couldn’t quite settle on one flavor, so I didn’t end up ordering anything. My husband did get a milkshake though and he really enjoyed it!“

“My recommendation is to come here if you're looking to stock up on goodies for a party, especially during the summer. Things like Piñatas, Ice Cream, Block of Ice (for shaved ice and candy. For things like cups, straws, plates you could find better deals at other big stores. It's more about what you won't find in those places that you can find at Northridge Ice Cream.

During my visit I picked up a big block of ice for $10, big piñata for 20 and some candy.

Overall, this place serves local vendors with ice cream, snacks and anything in between. I visited this place out of curiosity, but ended up leaving with bags of imported candy. A good half of it you can find in big supermarkets like Vallarta, but not all. The variety is good and organization methods. The folks there were very friendly and helpful. It felt like they were happy to have visitors in, but maybe you're just a happy person if you sell ice cream all day.“

Despite a full establishment and a steady stream of customers continuing to come in, he remained completely focused on giving every single person an excellent experience. He worked quickly without ever rushing, making sure each order was done right the first time.

Even with a long line, Julian took his time at the register to ensure accuracy, double-checking orders and even asking if we had a punch card to use, something that could easily be overlooked when working solo under pressure. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor stood out and made the experience enjoyable for everyone waiting.

I honestly couldn’t help but feel for him being on his own-he definitely could have used some support but he handled it all with efficiency and a positive attitude.

“I took my wife to this La Michoacana location tonight because we were in the area and she wanted ice cream. She decided to get the paletas de leche which is the Mexican French Vanilla popsicles. She really liked the ice cream and the flavor. Before we left she decided she wanted the agua fresca smoothie so I brought it for her. We had a great time here and the customer service was great.“

“I took my wife here tonight on our way back home because she wanted her cappuccino blast drink. I drive by this Baskin Robbins everyday but never visited this location because it's inside a gas station and there no left then when exiting the plaza.

When we came tonight an hour before they close, they were not busy at all. There was only one lady working tonight. I got a small strawberry smoothie and my wife got her medium cappuccino blast. It took awhile for her to make our drink but we were understanding. Another guest came after us and waited for the lady to finish making our drink.

Our drinks were good and we didn't have a bad experience here.“
