“Today I visited the Smoke Door Sanryo for lunch with my friend Isao Yoshikawa, the father of the new chef Kosuke Yoshikawa. All I can say is this was a truly wonderful experience with each course in the set lunch menu delivering uniquely superb taste that was delicately balanced with sauces that were extremely delicious. This is fine dining that shouldn’t be missed if you’re in the Kings Beach area of Lake Tahoe.”

“We had an excellent dinner at Bite. The stuffed peppers, cauliflower and halibut tacos were all delicious. There are so many more amazing entrees to try. The bartender, Benjamin was so friendly, fun and made us wonderful cocktails. Our night was made even more special by meeting Kenneth, the Chef. He was so friendly and gracious. We were able to tell him directly how amazing each of our entrees were. We highly recommend Bite for an excellent dining experience, and will definitely going back there again when we are in Tahoe.”
