“Much nicer than the IHOPs back in Houston where I’m from! Our server was very nice and attentive.
Dietary restrictions: Keep in mind that IHOP adds pancake mix to their scrambled eggs, and they will leave it out if you ask for “shell eggs”. They are always accommodating for substitutions, but be prepared for an extra fee depending on the substitute.“

“It was very poor customer service because both the Manager and a lady in a pink blouse attended to her co-worker but left me standing waiting for more than 20 minutes until finally someone came up to tell me that I had to ask for the machine I understand that you have to adapt to technology but in my family I have a member whose food has to be ordered differently so I ask someone to assist me so the service in this place needs more staff and more customer service“

“This place has the best food. Same wait time as any restaurant for a far superior meal. Prices are perfect, portions are perfect (exceeds other places) and I couldn’t ask for much more. Happy girl.
