“Ok a road trip, stopped here. Pleasantly surprised to find delicious pho- wirh amazing flavorful veggie broth, tofu and veggies. Set up had the usual limes, sprouts, Thai basil, jalepenos - plus cilantro! We talked with the woman who ensured the broth is veggie. It had cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, tofu) Also had the lemongrass tofu- (tofu with onions) had lots of spices and flavor. I would definitely return! Updated from previous review on 2026-10-05“
