“This amazing taco stand is set up in a parking lot with plenty of parking, making it super convenient. There are four organized stations: one for tacos, one for other items, plus a drink station and a salsa bar.

The meat was incredibly flavorful, and they serve it with onions, a grilled pepper, and a small potato. After trying several taco storefronts in the area, this stand easily tops the list.

A must-visit for taco lovers looking for great flavor. Four tacos was $11. No seating but you can sit in your car.“

“As some other reviewers I knew this place from youtube and was glad I went here when visiting LA. The quality of the food and the friendly staff are top notch. We tried steak, chicken and falafel tacos as well as quesadillas. All were great with the chicken tacos being my favorite. I truly loved the variety of flavors you get with every single bite. It was so good that we ordered some more tacos on our way out, as a snack on our road trip.

The obvious downside is the location in a bit of a sketchy area, but I assume that can hardly be avoided in LA.“

The second the first bite of Alex’s incredible burrito and street tacos hit my mouth there was no going back. “The soft shell crab taco was stupendous. One of the best things I've eaten this month. Unique, flavorful, absolute must have.

The Baja style fish taco was fine, but not nearly on the same level.

One taco was around $7, which is more of a gourmet price. But I would happily pay that for the soft shell crab taco.

Service was very impersonal. Nobody greeted me. Not a single word of hi/hola, thank you, goodbye. Nothing. You just enter your name and order on a tablet. A few moments later somebody looks and gestures at you to take your food. Sitting situation is not great. But it's a fast casual bite, so you're not there for a long time. FYI - this is a food truck and not a brick and mortar space.

I would go out of my way to eat the soft shell crab taco again. Wow, I'm still thinking about it.“

“I had suuuuch high hopes for this place. Don't get me wrong, the tacos were very tasty, just soooo greasy!! My asada taco grease got all over. I mean, it didn't stop me from eating most of my food 😬🤣.... but the grease floating on my plate was a lil bit of a disappointment. 😩 Hubby's tacos were REALLY GOOD, no grease so maybe it was a bad asada night. “K Pasa is just what the neighborhood needed. The vibes are great, the food is fast, the food is delicious and the price point is right. They have a variety of free sauces to throw in too! I’m a neighborhood regular :)

Parking: Parking is paid at the meters and free on side streets but be aware that parking in K town is always a challenge.

My spree of meals in the market continue with Tacos Tumbras! We ordered their all meat burritos with a Jamaica and Tamarindo. The portion and filling on them burritos is absolutely generous and delicious.

The service was quick and friendly, their drinks were also very refreshing. They're definitely worth it to stop by if you're in the area for a burrito! Thanks for the breakfast Tacos Tumbras!

“When I worked in downtown, our office would often order lunch from the now closed 6th Street location but I had eaten at and still do check out the still open food court spot at 7th and Fig. The one nice thing about that particular location is the option to eat in the courtyard. But the interior food court is clean, well-laid out and pleasant enough for lunch.

The food is uniformly good and prepared to order. A much better spot than any Chipotle.

Vegetarian options: Limited as with most places that cater to meat eaters but plenty for your vegetarian in a group. However, there are better options for the single or small group (2-3 people).

Dietary restrictions: They prepare to order so easy to ask them to minimize spice or cilantro or otherwise handle the simple stuff.

Parking: While not a destination, for people visiting the convention center or former Staples arena, who want to grab a bite AND avoid the overpriced tourist traps at LA Live, this is a good option.

Kid-friendliness: Very

Wheelchair accessibility: Very, although elevator is slow and for people with walkers or canes, the escalators have been down of late.“

“Great tacos- super tasty, good price, has every side/ addition you could want. there’s even music playing. Has an organized ordering line and the chefs and staff were very friendly and attentive. So happy I ran into this walking to Vons. Has a few stools to sit on if you want to eat there. “So glad my daughter and I stopped here. We each had breakfast burritos and they were excellent. Not only delicious, but big. We both tried the hot salsa and liked it. The Al Pastor was ON POINT. It’s rare to find authentic pastor outside of DF and this is IT. “The OG goat! Definition of hole in the wall but far from a dive. Delicious and affordable burritos. Can’t beat this combo right here. Spicy salsa and a weekly raffle to win more burritos.
Street parking and take out only but you can find plenty of spots down the block to sit and eat at. I tend to grab a burrito then a latte at Black Elephant to chill at their patio.

The hood may be gentrifying but we keeping this place right where it is!“

The tacos and corn quesadilla tortillas are made by hand at the moment you order. The tortas and quesadillas gringas are store bought bread and tortillas. They also have sides of bean soup if you want them. Two people can easily eat with around $20.“

“This is probably my favorite lunch spot! It's affordable, food comes out quickly, and it's super clean.
I usually order the daily special on the window menu board. Specials vary from pupusas to $1 fish tacos to birria torta and everything in between.
Breakfast is also served here, but I have yet to try something off that menu.

That’s enough to set this place apart from the tens of other tacos spots using low-quality tortillas. The tortilla should not be an after thought, folks! Second, the meats are delicious. Their al pastor is juicy and well-seasoned. I am a sucker for tripa but I’m always hesitant to order it because some people don’t know how to clean it and cook it. The tripa at Ricos Tacos Naomi is fantastic! You can ask the guy to crisp it up if you want it crunchy, but personally, I like it soft. And third, the toppings (salsas and guacamole) are yummy!“
